Requested by Cupcake_Muffin00"Alright, let's get this over with already." A voice was heard in the hotel, and it was the mighty Y/N.
Y/N was an abandoned building explorer, and he lived going inside abandoned structures to record stuff and post online, and his account was quite popular between urban explorers.
He pulled out his phone and begun to record. But he wasn't recording ambience sounds at all, since he didn't want to have his voice in his videos. He found out putting subtitles in them was better.
He was walking door after door and room after room, not too much weirdness in the ambience yet.
But after 11 doors, Y/N saw the lights flicker, but he shrugged it off, unaware of the danger.
Y/N heard a loud distorted screaming in the distance, and he thought something wasn't right, so he went straight to a hiding spot, to probably avoid imminent danger.
He entered a nearby wardrobe and closed its doors, waiting for said thing to go away.
Then, something monochromatic passed by the wardrobe nearly knocking it down at rapid speeds.
It even broke the lights in the room and the screaming was so loud it almost made Y/N deaf, but he was still standing.
Y/N peeked out of the wardrobe and saw the monster was gone and the next door had opened up, meaning he was good to go.
Y/N kept walking and hiding for some rooms, until he eventually came upon a room filled with eyes on the walls, a black substance around them, and it creeped Y/N out.
He kept his recording until the battery of his phone died, and he knew there wasn't anything he could do other than accept the death of his phone's battery.
He kept walking until a purple light showed up in the next room, and when he tried to look at the source, his eyes begin to sting a lot, and Y/N looked away immediately.
The source also made low whispering noises, and it could be translated to phrases like "Why don't you look?" Or "Look at me."
Y/N figuring out it was a monster of course didn't look and went to the next door that had a large corridor with large windows on both sides and the door at its very end.
The eyes on the walls were also gone, but he was still a bit unnerved about the atmosphere, and as soon as Y/N touched the doorknob to the 38th door, he looked behind him and saw a black humanoid staring at his soul, and he knew he was in danger.
The one-eyed black monster begun to run towards him, and Y/N snapped to reality and begun to escape from him.
He dodged and crouched under shelves and chose different doors and Y/N even had to dodge fire on the carpet, and hands that broke through the windows, but soon enough, he had done it. He escaped the monster and shut the door right on its face.
Y/N breathed in and out, his heart racing, and he took a few seconds to regain himself, but he was back on track again.
But the piece was short lived, when another loud screaming could be heard, but it sounded... Different.
Instead of the glitchy scream, it was a noise that sounded like a vacuum cleaner, and that probably meant another monster was coming after him, and he didn't like that.
He hopped into a wardrobe and waited for the monster to go without any second thoughts, and as soon as the monster passed, he left the wardrobe, not knowing that would be a grave mistake.
When he left, he was knocked to the ground by a white humanoid with dark hollow eyes and a surprised mouth, dark too, and it emitted a green aura.
"Gotcha!" The monster said glitchly, it's voice barely understandable.
"...Please don't do anything to me..." Y/N nervously said, hoping he would get spared.
"But who said I'm doing anything to you?" The monster said, getting out from on top of him and extending it's hand for Y/N to get up.
"Wait... You're not going to kill me, right?" Y/N asked, still suspicious about the monster.
"Of course not! You're lucky I was the one who got you, otherwise you would've been dead." The monster chuckled.
"...Ok, fine." Y/N said, hesitantly grabbing the monster's hand and getting up from the ground.
"I'm Ambush! Nice to meet ya!" The monster said with a friendly smile, shaking Y/N's hand.
"Y/N... Why didn't you kill me as soon as you got me?" Y/N said, shaking Ambush's hand as well.
"Well, you see... I was never that hostile compared to the other monsters that live here, so I'm actually a friendly entity!" Ambush explained, smiling.
"I see... So you're not bloodthirsty?" Y/N raised an eyebrow.
"Nope! Unless you piss me off or something." Ambush chuckled lightly.
"Haha very funny." Y/N ironized, chuckling as well.
"Well, if you don't mind, I have to keep going. I need to reach this place's end." Y/N said, stepping forward.
"Why's the rush?" Ambush asked, pouting a bit.
"You see, humans have homes and stuff, and I have one too. The thing is, I'm exploring this place, so I need to leave if I don't want to die here." Y/N tried his best to explain.
"If you want, can I accompany you in your journey? I've been wanting to leave for a while too..." Ambush said, looking to the side.
"Sure. Let's get going, fella." Y/N said, passing his arm behind Ambush's back and walking alongside them.
