-Fine I'll do it, damn it - I said as I started to panic seeing her in this state - Tell me what to do or get or something - I could sense myself getting stressed about the situation.
-First calm down, go look on the laboratory on the first floor and grab everything I tell you - She said as she struggled even more, I nooded at her and looked arround the room looking for a notebook and a pen.
-Can you see the bullet or it's too deep? - She asked me while she could as I looked at her wound with a disgusted and worried face, luckily the bullet was visible enough for me to see it.
-I can see it I don't know - I said as I looked back at her.
- That's good, now, you need to get some sterelized gloves, antiseptic solution to clean the wound and surroundings, some forceps or hemostats to grasp and remove the bullet, sutures and a needle to close the wound, a sterilize gauze and bandages to apply pressure on the wound, and some tweezers to precise handling of small fragments of the bullet itself if it's needed, also some painkillers please - She said while her eyes were closed, I took notes of everything and nooded at her as I rushed to the laboratory on the first floor.
I looked like crazy for everything she told me to get while I placed the utensils in a bag, some of them falling onto the floor as my hands were shaking due the pressure and fear I was feeling at the moment.
-Jeez Bada focuss - I said to myself as I tried to calm down and replaced the utensils from the floor to new ones.

-Ok, I think I have everything - I said as I rushed to her and dragged a small table besides her while she nooded slowly at me.
-Why don't I call for help first I don't know if I'm gonna do it correctly what if I kill you? - I said as I thought about it while placing the utensils on the table for then look at her.
-But that's what you wanted, right? - She said as she laughed a little bit after making the joke, I couldn't laugh at it as I felt really bad for the first time in my life - Besides I don't have much time if you don't intervene I'll die anyways - She said as she sighed.
-You're not dying, so tell me what to do exactly - I said as I looked at her and she nooded at me after a couple of seconds.
-Use the antiseptic first to clean the wound and surroundings of it - She said softly as I took everything and nooded at her.
-This is gonna hurt - I warned her trying to get my hands steady while she nooded at me and closed her eyes tightly.
I finally poured some of the alcohol into the wound causing Y/N to cry out in pain, my heart ached seeing her in such agony, but I forced myself to focus.
-Do I take it out now? - I said as I finished cleaning the wound, she couldn't even look at me but managed to nood at me, I poured more alcohol on the forceps and carefully inserted them into the wound, my eyes narrowing in concentration, Y/N pained gasps filled the room, each one a dagger to my resolve.
-Almost there hang on - I said as I stopped and took a quick look at Y/N's face, she wasn't even looking at me as I focussed once again on the task, as I felt the hard metal of the bullet I gentelly maneuvered the scissors to grip it, slowly I began to pull It out, inch by agonizing inch.
Y/N's fingers dug into the hard floor of the room, her body tense in pain while my own hands shook by her reactions but I didn't stop.
With one final tug, the bullet emerged, coated in blood as I quickly pressed one gauze against the wound, trying to stem the bleeding.
-It's out Y/N, you're gonna be ok - I said as I was proud of myself, I looked at her and she managed a weak smile, her face pale and drenched in sweat as she closed her eyes.
-What should I do now? - I said as I thought for a moment.
-Take my phone and call Ling or Daniel and ask for help so they can take me - She managed to say as she was still in pain, I did what she told me and reached her phone on her pocket as I called Daniel first.

-They're checking if they can come, they've been stuck in your office since a superior told them to stay there - I said as I hang up the phone and put it back on its place, Y/N looked at me and nooded softly as I kneeled down besides her.
-Do you need the pain killers? - I asked her as she nooded at me once again, I reached them and helped her to take them as she struggled a little bit.
-You're being too kind - She managed to say as she swallowed the pill and smiled at me a little bit, I couldn't help myself and I ended up blushing at her comment.
-I'm just doing what I had to do nothing else, it's not like your therapy is working on me or something - I said as I looked away from her.
-That's the Bada I know - She said as she chuckled a little bit and I did the same without her noticing - DO you know what happened to Lusher? - She said all of sudden as I looked at her once again.
-Well, I think she managed to scape with Cheche - I said calmly as I looked arround.
-And why are you here then, you could have done the same thing - She said while I looked at her this time.
-I know but I wanted to help - I was finally gonna open up to her without even noticing when suddenly a group of officers came running towards me and pulled me away from Y/N, they just pinned me down but not as aggressive as usual, as I was lying on the floor I heard Y/N telling the officers to not hurt me since I was the one who helped her, but they won't even listen to her, right after that I saw  some medics placing Y/N on a stretcher and took her with them as more officers came to take Redlic, who was still lying on the floor unconscious, I watched they take her, a mixture of sadness and joy runned through my body at the thought of me being able to do such a thing to her, and the most important one, is that Y/N was gonna survive and finally I was gonna be able to get out of here.

-Lee you have some company today - I heard the officer outside as he mocked me, I rolled my eyes but eventually got up and walked towards the door, as I stood there I saw Ling looking at me with a worried face.
-So, how's she doing? - I said as I looked at her through a tiny window from the door.
-She's at the hospital right now, she underwent surgery right after they took her and, she's receiving intensive care right now but she's iniciating the healing process so by now she's doing fine - She said calmly as she took a cigarette out of her pocket and took a drag from it as I looked at her, she offered it to me as I took it in my hands and then to my mouth, taking a big drag from it.
-I see some progress in you Bada, but I  don't see you outside, at least for a couple of long years - Ling said as she looked at me in the eyes but I kept looking away from her.
-I want to control myself, I really do, but everytime I try I end up relapsing again - I said as I took another drag from the cigarette as Ling nooded at me.
-Look, I'm gonna try and help you as much as I can while Y/N is not here, just because you saved her, but that doesn't mean I trust you again, I know she's good on what she does, so just let her help you, as much as you can - She said while she looked arround the hall and I just nooded at her.
-How's Soobin going? - I said as I finally looked at her after thinking if I should ask her or not.
-She's doing fine I guess, she struggles with her studies but she manages to pull them, she's starting to dance again - She said as she looked at me in the eyes with a blanck expression as I nooded at her - I really hope that you get better Lee, so you can apologize properly to her, even tho is not gonna fix anything - She said as she looked away from me annoyed - I'm gonna aply the same "therapy" you did with her - She said calmly as I looked at her, anxiety running through my body as I tried to keep my cool.
-Do you think that's gonna fix me? Then go ahead, I'm not afraid of you or your stupid methods - I said as I took another drag, trying to hide my shaky hands as she just laughed at me.
-Sure then, you're gonna snjoy this as much as I'm gonna do - She said looking at me dead in the eyes and finally left as the officer on the door told her to get out already and closed the door window on my face.

Y/N's POV:
The air on that dimly lit office was thick with anticipation, it had been 2 months since the incident and finally after patiently waiting my first day back arrived, as I stepped in the memories of that night were still fresh in my mind, the way Redlic tried to torture and manipulate me, the way she manipulated Bada multiple times once again and her trembling hands as she removed the bullet.
-Y/N? - I heard Ling as I turned arround and saw her and Daniel coming into my office - What are you doing  here? you're supposed to be resting - Ling said in an angry tone but she launched herself onto me as I smiled at her.
-So, care to tell us what really happened in the last two months? - Daniel said as they were sitting in front of me as usual.
-Well, Ling knows mostly of the history right? - I said as I looked at her with my arms crossed as she laughed unconfortable at me.
-What do you mean? Wait, that's true, you told me about her the first month and then you never talked about her again - Daniel said as he looked at Ling as she sighed.
-I had to take your case, that's why I disappeared and couldn't go to the hospital, someone had to take care of Bada right? - She said as she looked at me with an angry but worried face at the same time.
-You did what? - I said as my eyes widened and found hers.
-It wasn't my choice Y/N, it was me or else they told me she had to be taken to another hospital, and I knew you wouldn't like that right? - She said as she was getting more annoyed with her words.
-I guess you're right somehow, but you know damn well I don't like people touching my cases or taking the lead on them so, I'm taking it back today - I said as I looked at Ling getting more annoyed by the time.
-But Y/N you need to go home and rest, you still have one more month to fully recover - Daniel said getting up when he saw I did the same and I was about to leave.
-Look, the doctor said that I could begin to resume normal daily activities and even return to work duties so I'm perfectly able to take the case back, I also have to talk to Soweon - I said as I took some papers that I needed and left my office alone while Daniel and Ling looked at me disappointed.

-Good to see you back - The officer on the hall said to me with superiority airs as I rolled my eyes at him as always.
-You're alive wow, I guess you're the only one that's left what a shame - I said as I stopped myself in front of him as he looked down at me.
-You can go in, it's open, she just got inside - The officer said umbothered as he leaned his body onto the wall besides us.
-What do you mean? - I said as I looked at the door and saw it a little open.
-Go in and ask her, she's been, quite anxious about meeting you again - He said with a smirk on his face as I just ignored him and pushed the door a little bit - Oh, and be careful, we don't want you to get harmed again right? - He said as I looked back at him and he just laughed at me for then leave the hall, I looked at the door for a couple of seconds before coming in, hoping to see a better Bada thanks to Ling.
