Hey everyone! I know I don't really do any pov's and just switch within the story or do a 3rd person so I will be doing Riawäni and Sangìk's pov throughout the story along with some other characters if I feel like it. The POV's will be indicated right above the text. I am not the best at first person so expect this to be trash! Plus I am not sure what to do next but I want to write for you all so here it is.
(AN, I just realized that this first part kinda doesn't make any sense so I changed it a little and added a new part)
_____________

.During the night.
A dark figure appears in the shadows of a room. The moonlight shines down on Riawäni sleeping on the ground. They slowly approach and slips some kind of liquid into her mouth. The Riawäni shifts in discomfort while the person gets startled and jumps away quickly fleeing away from the scene.

(Riawäni's POV)

I have been cooped up in the house. Honestly I don't think I would want to anyways so that's good. My parents treat me like I'm a piece of glass and I do not like it. They are always cautious around me and our dinners are quiet now except for my sa'nok's small talk she tried to say but it doesn't last long.

I could see a shadow underneath the privacy door to my room. "Riawäni are you in there?" The voice was not who I expected . I thought it was Sangìk and was about to jump up and crash into him. Instead it was a girly voice, the tsahìk.

My family probably brought her here to 'heal' me. "Go away!" The tashìk did not head me and barged right in. I didn't look at her. I probably was a mess and my room was the same.

I was in no mood to talk to anyone but Sangìk. It seems Eywa  has answered my prayers once again because his voice called out to me. "Riawäni please talk to us." I didn't even have to look at the door to confirm.

I jumped out to the voices direction and felt the immediate warmth and overwhelming smell of him. The Tsahìk went up to me and grabbed my arm to try and get me off of Sangìk but she was only greeted by my hiss and a scratch.

There was a gasp and his voice scolding me however I only drowned it out until he pulled me back from his body. I whined at this while he pushed me to the tsahìk. My response was to run away but they held me down. I felt so tired these past few days, slowly I felt myself grow weaker from the struggle and felt my eyes close...

(Sangìk's POV)

I looked at Riawäni with a saddened face before the tsahìk spoke up. "She's been affected by some sort of poison.." I shot up immediately at this and so did Vagek. The tsahìk stopped us with a raise of her hand. While me and Vangek were red with anger she explained more.

"It messes with her pheromones and emotions. She's been acting weird lately, right? It was most likely done to her by Tswul's Father because it's not a poison that I know." I felt like I was about to explode at this. How come I did not realize at first?!

"I swear when I catch that man-'' I said I was about to walk out of the house but was stopped by Kxayre standing in the way. "Now is not the time to think with your fists Sangìk. It will make the judgment on Tswul more positive."

I could see Vangek in the corner crumbling from the news while the tsahìk assessed Riawäni's situation. "It is nothing I have seen before. We will have to ask Tswul." My anger was revived from this. "The last thing I want to do is ask that man for help!" Vangek backed me up, "Right! What if he tells the wrong information or does something worse?!"

The tsahìk hushed us both. "It is better than having nothing! Are you not willing you not willing to do anything for your daughter?" She looked away from Vangek and at me. "You cannot protect your lover from him but now you will refuse any help? You are a terrible person."

My blood was boiling at this point but I knew she was right. We were walking out of the marui and to the Olo'eyktan for a talk about Tswul. He was planning for the Tulkan return party. We stayed back while the two leaders talked to each other.

While they were busy I listened to the people around me. There were two girls carrying supplies while gossiping.

"You know that girl Katsu?" Girl #1 said. "Oh, yes. They said because Riawäni is still recovering that they would get someone else to do it right?" She had a rather distasteful tone about it but he guessed that was because the dance was sacred to them.

It was something that only happened during these celebrations. At the age of 14 Riawäni was picked. She had amazing diving and swimming skills along with the fact that she had spent more time with the tulkan than anyone else. It was easy for her.

The girls continued to talk, "I don't like that girl.. she is so different from Riawäni. Will she even be able to do it without fail?" Girl #1 told the other. That was the last of the conversation he could hear before they wandered away.

'Katsu huh?..'
