As we both left, getting separated once more, a small ding from my phone caught my attention. A small notification from her.
"y/n, pwede ka ba pumunta dito mamaya?" a text from her said.
"Yeah sure, or if you'd like I'll be there rn?" I replied, earning a thumbs up emoji. Wow I kind of took that personally.

Of course inayusan ko muna sarili ko, getting my car keys and purse. I got in my car and started it.
On the way I made a stop for coffee, I know her favorite drink so I also got her that. The drive on the way to her office took an eternity because of some traffic on the high way. Though it really was worth it..
Getting there, she opened the door for me, not having to knock twice. And into her office once more.
"Sorry sa kanina, alam ko kasi madadamay ka kapag-" she tried making an excuse but I understand so I only handed her the drink I bought for her.
"Diba eto favorite mo? Well dati eto di ko alam if this is still it." I smiled at her, trying to make her feel even a slight comfort.
"thank you, na aalala mo pa pala.." she took the drink, I knew it was probably awkward for her to say anything else so I decided to change the subject.
"And I know you were just worried earlier so no need to apologize, my dear. pero bat di mo sinasabi yung totoo sakanila?" I asked, my curiosity rising.
"And don't lie to me too, I have known you since we were teens, Alice." I added. Seeing her sigh, perhaps the accusations were true?
"I was under a lot of pressure and i just- my mind went blank." she mumbled, looking away, avoiding eye contact.
Fumbling with her words and fidgeting slightly, well.. that's not a good sign is it? I put down my items before stepping closer to her, trapping her between the desk and me.
"y/n. not in my office." Her soft pale skin flushing a pink tint on her cheeks.
"Eh san mo ba gusto?" I teased, smirking slightly.
