Shourya, losing his patience, angrily interrupted, "BHAIYA! STOP IT! The girl you're all speaking negatively about is the girl I love with all my heart, and I won't tolerate hearing such things about her." Parth, in a state of disbelief, whispered, "What?"

Shourya paused, then spoke, "Yes, I do love her, bhaiya! Mom's considering her for marriage because she knows my feelings! And just because her family is greedy doesn't mean she is too! She's kind-hearted, bhaiya. I have no regrets about loving her!"
Parth chuckled mockingly and replied, "Alright, Shourya! You love her wholeheartedly, which is great! She may indeed have a pure heart and be perfect for you. But her family, they're greedy bastard. Marrying her might give them more chances to deceive us. Even though I'd confront them and won't let is happen this time, but why the heck are we even giving them that opportunity?"
Shourya gazed at his brother, lost in contemplation, acknowledging that Parth had a point, realizing he couldn't bear to see his family suffer, even if it was due to his decisions. Parth, feeling exasperated, ran his hand through his hair and softly urged Shourya, "Shourya, sometimes you need to be practical and think logically. Love isn't the only factor to consider. Understand?"
Shourya scoffed, replying, "Of course, you'd say that, bhaiya. Just like how being practical and business-minded, even in close relationships, isn't everything!" With a pause, he glanced at everyone and declared, "But if my family faces issues because of me marrying Kashvi, then I won't proceed! It's okay, bhabhi and maa! I've already mentioned that we can never be together." With those words, he took a step back, turned, and walked away.
Parth noticed Shourya's steps fading with each step. He let out a sigh, ran his hand through his hair, and rubbed his face, contemplating the chaos that had unfolded. It wasn't that Parth opposed Shourya marrying Kashvi. He had no issue with such love marriages because he wasn't into love stuff, but he knew everyone has their own views, just like his brother.
Shourya was always the favoured child who got whatever he desired. His family and brother always took care of his needs. This is what made Shourya happy and composed from a young age. Parth cared deeply for Shourya and always wanted the best for him. He wouldn't have objected even if Shourya wanted to marry a regular girl from a poor family.
He understood that his brother's happiness was more important than social status, but today, for the first time, Shourya asked for something that made Parth hesitate. Parth would have gladly accepted Shourya marrying Kashvi if she wasn't from the Rao family, but now the circumstances have changed. He desires what's best for his family, which includes Shourya, even if it means causing them some discomfort now for a safer future.
He looked at the others before going to his room. Then, Rekha stood up from the table, took slow steps as after hearing about the Rao family, the memories of her tough times flooded back. She and her husband struggled for their livelihood after losing their wealth because of the Rao family. Despite working hard to get things back on track, her husband's death left her alone to face the world.
Just when she thought everything was getting better, Shourya's news shocked her. She had to decide between her grandson and her deep hatred for the Rao family. Everyone watched as Rekha went to her room. Raghav also left, glancing at Shanaya and Isha. Isha seemed worried, comforting herself by saying, "It's okay, tough times will pass. Everything will be fine."
Isha, being a strong woman, usually stayed positive but felt unsure today. Shanaya, with a shaky voice, asked, "M-Mom, what should we do now? Things aren't going w-well, mom." Isha reassured her, "Don't worry, everything will be okay. Tough times will pass, and we'll be back to normal with Kashvi as Shourya's wife. Trust me."
