What will happen if Taiyo Asano was born with the demon slayer mark and basically Yoriichi himself.

On September 15 witness the born of Taiyo Asano the first child of the Asano family.
However, to their surprise, he was born with a hideous birthmark that looked like flames around his head.

Despite having a weird birthmark, he was still loved and cared for by his family. Throughout his childhood time, many kids his age were curious and scared of his birthmark.
However, through time they get used to it and because of Taiyo's personality, he quickly becomes socialized with other people.
The thing that his family and his friends didn't know was that he could see the world from a different perspective he could see things that no other human can see, and he called this ability the' Transparent World', he could see through bones, muscles, and organs inside them as if the bodies became transparent, and he has a much more like superhuman body.
After, 5 years of Taiyo's birth, another child from the Asano family was born, and his name was Hikaru Asano.
At that special event, the first time Taiyo felt something that couldn't be described, all of his emotions were all over the place, the feeling of happiness, excitement, etc. When he first picks up his younger brother, he sees a little angle in his hand, and with his 'Transparent World' he can see everything inside his little brother, and he couldn't describe anything but only admire the creation of his little brother the creation of a new life in this world.

During that time, Taiyo grew up with his parents and younger brother. During this period, he met and befriended a girl he was a neighbor with, Mutsumi Yozakura, whom he quickly formed a strong bond because of their different appearance with that continued throughout the years and would protect her from bullies who made fun of the white streak in her hair.
(skip to second 36 and replace Taiyo's hair with Tanjiro's when he cuts his long hair).
However, the tragedy came when Taiyo was 14 years old, an incident occurred that changed his life forever.
While his family was on their way home from a day out, which had to be cut short after they went out of their way to rescue a drowning child, their car ended up veering off the road and over a cliff.
After the fall, Taiyo was left conscious, alive, and seriously injured, but unable to move or do anything as his brother and parents slowly died in front of him, with his 'Transparent World' the only thing he could see was the corpse of his parents and brother no heart beats, no blood flow, no nothing just only cold corpse. As he saw that, he could only scream in pain, sad, etc. (like Obito when he lost Rin).
When the rescue team arrived at the scene, the thing they saw was a 14-year-old boy with serious injuries just holding and hugging his family's corpse without moving like a statue with tears coming out of his eyes. This event resulted in him developing a fear of getting close to people, afraid something bad might happen, and he'd lose them as well, so he started to isolate himself from the social world.
The only person who managed to stay close to him was Mutsumi, who supported and aided Taiyo in his recovery, causing them to become closer friends as she continued to look after him as he trusted her.
