Felix's Pov

His mind:

Why is this kid so persistent? Why does he keep calling me angel... why, why ,why, WHY! Can't he just stop? Can't he just say the truth. He should be calling me ugly instead. I've got to get away,

I slammed my fist onto the table and stood up quickly, and walked away fast. I walked out of the cafeteria, into the hallway, and down to my next class: English.. I opened the door, walked in and found my seat, and sat down. Placing my head down on the desk, I tried to relax before the next class began, and then I heard the sliding door open.

"Hey, um..." A cute boy said, walking into the classroom."My name is Jisung, but my friends call me Han, " He continued. I was so confused. Who was this kid, and why was he suddenly talking to me? Then I remembered he was the one who sat down at our table as well.

"Um, Hi?" I said,"Did you follow me here or something? Isn't that a little creepy?" I added

"Well, yeah, I did follow you, but I mean good, I want to be your friend. I don't know. I have this feeling, this feeling of warmth near you like we are meant to be friends! How old are you, may I ask?" Han said warmly.

"I am 21. My birthday is the 15th of September," I responded. His eyes and mouths were wide open, he looked like he was lost for words "How old are you?" I asked

"I am 21 as well, and my birthday is 14th of September! Maybe that is why I felt such a strong connection!" Han said blissfully, a slight smile formed in my lips. Maybe I might let myself open up to this guy. He seems like he doesn't mean any harm at all, and to be honest, it just feels right.

"My friend, uh; Hyunjin. He means no harm, really. I think he just wants to be your friend, " Han said softly, I sighed in return. I know he wants to be my friend, but I just need to earn his trust somehow and make sure he doesn't mean any harm.

"Yeah, I understand he wants to be my friend, but it is hard for me to accept people. For you, it just felt right. But for him, I don't feel that at the moment, " I explained.

"You need to trust him first, right?" Han added.

"Yes, yes... Somehow" I sighed, Han walked up to me and patted my back lightly and took a seat next to me "I believe Hyunjin will try his hardest to earn your trust, I know he will" Han said, following that the bell rang and kids rushed inside the classrooms to find their seats. Han decided to stay seated next to me for the lesson, and the teacher entered the room as well.

"Welcome to class, everyone. Today in Advanced English, we will be going over some punctuation," the teacher announced. I felt like I was really not needing to be in this class considering English is my first language, and it kind of makes it difficult for other kids to top me, so in the long run I try and pretend I don't know much. My thinking was brought to an end after the teacher had called my name out...

"Felix... Felix- Lee Felix! It's not time for daydreaming. Can you tell me which is the correct punctuation, please? " She asked, I nodded and looked at the board - it said

Dont - Don't - Do'nt

"Please pick the correct answer," She repeated. All i was thinking was how easy this was, and so i sighed."The correct one is the middle one, means Do not," I answered.

"Correct, as expected from you. Could you please give me a sentence using that answer" She asked, i nodded and responded in a heavy aussie accent "Don't think about coming near me" I heard a few whispers around me after that...

What is that accent, i thought it was bad when he spoke Korean, but it's worse in English

He sure is scary

Exactly why I don't go near him

I scoffed at all those careless whispers going around. This is why I hated being here. A nudge to the shoulder knocked me out of my thoughts; it was Han.

"Hey, don't listen to them, I actually think your accent is really cool! I wish I could speak English as good as you" Han quietly spoke to me, although the last part 'speak English as good as you' does he not realise this is Advanced English, to be in here you had to be pretty good at English.

"You do realise you are in advanced English right, you got to be good at English to be in here, really," I said

"Yeah but i mean you can speak clearly, it doesn't sound like you have a barrier as such" Han tried to explain to me but he ultimately failed; but i think i knew what he meant so i decided to open up to him "Yeah, maybe that is because i'm not Korean-" then his mouth gaped. I hope he doesn't decide to ditch me now that he knows that "I'm actually Australian, i moved to Korea around 3 years ago, Chan brought me here actually" I explained; his mouth still gaped.

"Omg, omg, OMG!" Han giggled."I've always wanted to meet an Australian, I always see Chris Hemsworth and think he is so cool- playing Thor, i mean. And the accents are so cool!!" He said practically yelling. I was taken aback, never have I met someone who was so happy and excited to know that I was foreign.

"Huh, you don't dislike me for being foreign? Most of the people who find out i'm not actually Korean, screw their noses up, " I stuttered

"No. Why would I dislike you... you idiot" Han objected, he tried to punch me in the arm playfully but my reflexes helped me dodge it "Hey, how the hell did you just dodge that so quickly- it is like you knew it was coming" Han exclaimed.

"Oh, uh, no reason, my friends do it all the time to me, so i guess it's become normal for me to react fast to punches..." I lied, I didn't want him to think i was scary or intimidating because i had a black belt in Taekwondo. Most people stay away from people who can fight. Many people think you are in a gang or something if you know how to fight harshly.

"No, I know you're lying to me- You know some kind of martial arts, don't you?" Han gushed, I gave in, this kid was too good, it was like he could see what I was thinking and feeling. Maybe we were really destined to be friends. I gave in again and told him

"Black Belt in Taekwondo," I whispered quietly to him
