Dankai and Ippo arrived back home. Bruises on their body and face. They enter their home with satisfied faces. Ippo had gotten accepted and Dankai had met the Kamogawa gym members.

They arrived at the front door, taking off their shoes and they walked towards the dining table. On the small table was a neatly prepared dinner for them.

They walked towards the letter on the table and it read a message from their mom. She talked about how to continue doing what teenagers do and hang out. She had cooked dinner and all she asked was to take the containers from the boat back to the garage and load them back up.

They dressed up and washed their hands. Saying a small prayer before eating their dinner, they talked about their respective fights and how they felt during certain moments.

Ippo had stars in his eyes as he heard Dankai's fight, he couldn't believe his brother managed to somewhat fight against a professional.

Dankai let out a small chuckle as he told his brother to continue eating. They finished their food and began to run towards the dock where they found the containers. They each took 6 containers, well 4 for Dankai.

After a while they had all the containers loaded up ready for tomorrow. They washed their body before putting on sleep wear.

"Goodnight, Dankai" Ippo slept as he began to snore. Dankai slowly drifted to sleep as well as he thought about what happened today.

'I managed to get accepted into the kamogawa gym huh... But...' something bothered him. It was a fight he knew he couldn't win against someone like Kimura but... There was a burning feeling in his heart.

He slowly drifted to sleep, his body tired and getting ready for the next day.

Around 4 Am, Dankai woke up. A wonderful tuesday morning. His body felt alive and well. He lifted his body off his futon and went to the garage.  He opened the garage door before loading around 6 coolers. As usual he took 2 coolers each run before loading them into the boat.

He left around 12 coolers for Ippo to load. He couldn't let his brother be out of shape after all. He immediately went to the side of their house where his equipment was laid out. There was a home made gym right outside their house now.

Dumbbells ranging from 2kg to 15kg, a run down Hex bar, some truck tires he managed to salvage, a pull up bar and his home made punching bag. It wasn't a full fledged gym but it was good enough for some home workouts.

First and foremost he began his workout with stretches, he made sure to target all his muscles and tendons in order to keep safe. Right after that he did 50 push ups, 70 sit ups and 100 squats. He felt his muscles begin to feel lighter with each exercise he did.

He made sure to help his body by using his breathing technique to recover his stamina. Speeding up his blood slightly gave an increase in his natural healing although it caused his metabolism to eat up his fats like crazy.

After all that he proceeded to his dumbels grabbing 10 kg weights. He did around 30 reps of dumbbell curls. He took a 3 minute break before grabbing 8 kg dumbels and doing 20 reps of lateral raises.

He took another 3 minute rest before going up to the pull up bar and doing 15 slow, full range pull ups. He then took on around 70kg of weight and did 5 full range deadlifts.

He was beginning to get drenched in sweat as he took another break. He was thanking his breathing mastery right now otherwise he would be close to dying of exhaustion.

He then proceeded to wear his gloves and began to use all of his techniques on the punching bag. A mix of jabs, hooks and straight punches. He did this for around 10 minutes before taking yet another rest.
