"you guys were really so well today"

Ava was talking to the captain of the team i.e. Shubman Gill and Sai Sudarshan.

"Oh thanks madam"
Sai Sudarshan answered with a little smile.

"Do you guys know how she was behaving while your game was going on? OMG..she was just humming to everything"
Maheli informed the most important information to shubman and sudarshan.

Shubman kept talking while opening his gloves, not maintaining any eye contact.
"Ehehe why? You should've been happy today! We played well"

Ava looked at Shubman and his gloves in loop.
"Yes but we didn't know if the game would've taken a plot twist"

"You care for us so much!"
Sudarshan pinched Ava's cheeks.

The atmosphere was hot at the moment. No one could feel it except that one person.

"If I don't, who will?"
Ava smiled widely.

Sudarshan pinched her cheeks again.
"Aww mommy"

Something was wrong at the moment. Something was burning. Suddenly shubman shouted while looking at his hand drawing everyone's attention.

"Ah ah ah"

Ava, Maheli and Sudarshan looked at shubman at once.

Ava took his hands in hers and asked,
"What happened?"

She looked tense, brows frowned, looking at shubman's hand..
"Shubman, it's bleeding...what did you do?"

She touched the bleeding area.
"Aiiii, aiii"
Shubman looked at Ava.

Ava started instructing Maheli and Sudarshan to do things.
"Maheli, bring me the first aid box!"

"Sudarshan, bring me water!"

Maheli and Sudarshan together said,
"At your service, madam"

After everyone left, Ava looked at shubman and was extremely tensed.
"How did it happen?"

Shubman smiled a bit and looked at Ava.
"My gloves pinched my skin just like sudarshan was pinching your cheeks"

"What do you mean?"
Ava looked confused.

"Noth-"
Shubman was interrupted by Sudarshan who brought water.

"Here, Ava"

Ava stopped sudarshan and said,
"Wait, let me wash his hand first! Come to the sink with me"

Shubman smiled.
"Fine"
