How We Found Our New Cat Cola
My first cat Meowmeow died in July. 😢 I never thought that I would get a new cat 🐱so fast, but it happened to be that I was going to a summer camp at an animal rescue two days later. And then there was the right cat, waiting for us to adopt him.
👧🏻 "Mommy, I found a cat I liked at camp and he's for adoption." 👩🏼"That's great."
👧🏻"Look at him, he's SO CUTE."
👩🏼 "Do you want to adopt him?"
👧🏻"Yes, Mommy."
👩🏼"Ok, let me set up a zoom with him."
👧🏻 "How do you Zoom with a cat?"
👩🏼 "Ummmmmmmmmmmmm."
👧🏻 "We're still going to adopt him right?"
👩🏼 "Yes."
That Saturday...
👨🏻"And this is Cola. He is a sweet cat who was found as a stray in Palmdale. We think he is 7 years old."
🐱 "Purrrrrrrrrrrrr."
🧑🏼 "Can we adopt him?"
👧🏻 "Yeah, can we?"
👩🏼" Sure!"
👨🏻"Ok then he's yours now only 80 bucks".
👧🏻 "Ok here is your money."
👩🏼 "Um no I will pay for him."
👨🏻"Ummm so when will you pick him up?"
👩🏼 "We will pick him up in an hour!"
👨🏻"Yes, pick him up in an hour."
One hour later...
🐱"Meow meow meow (Let me out of the box)"
👧🏻 "Wow, I love him so much."
🧑🏼 "Me too".
👨🏻"One more thing though, don't feed him too much".
👧🏻 "Can we feed him more?"
👨🏻"Fine."
👧🏻 "YAY!!!!"
Back at home...
👧🏻 "I have never seen a cat so big!"
👩🏼 "That's because Meowmeow was so small!"
👧🏻 "I know but Cola is so sweet and now he's sitting on my lap yay!"
🧑"AHHHHHH HE'S COMING FOR MY PIZZA!"
🐱" Meow meow meow meow meow meow meow. ( Hello, is that chicken you're eating?)"
👧🏻" Lol so funny Cola is not coming for my pizza."
🐱"Meow purrrrrrrrr ( Hello family I will eat whatever you drop on the floor, even beans)"
👧🏻" Aw so cute!"

👧🏻 "Want cuddles?"
