I wake up to the sound of my annoying alarm. I tiredly start trying to hit the snooze button as it keeps beeping loudly. Why am I getting up early? Oh right, schools starting. I groan as I sit up and stretch then turn the alarm off and yawn. I really don't want to go in today. Magnolia's probably up already, she's never been a morning person but always up so early for some reason. I stand up to find an outfit to wear. I saw Magnolia already have her outfit picked out before I closed my curtains, she always picked out something with white or pink, that's all her wardrobe was the last time I was over there and things didn't seem like they changed. I finally picked out a basic band shirt and baggy jeans. This was always my go-to outfit, it was comfy, then I realized since it was about to be fall, it was definitely going to be cold to I grabbed a hoodie to throw over it. I got dressed, still half asleep, then went down stairs to get some breakfast, as my mom starts asking why I hadn't gotten up earlier and ate earlier cause the bus was going to be here in 5 minutes. I rolled my eyes as I grabbed an apple and quickly ate it before brushing my teeth and grabbing my bag then wait for the bus, I didn't have time to brush my hair but it just makes it look better I think, short and messy, makes it look cool. I checked the time on my phone, 2 minutes until it gets here, now I just have to wait. Magnolia came out of her house, saying bye to her parents, before standing next to me at the bus stop. I look at her, she was beautiful like always, and I just look like I rolled out of bed, my mother has said that to me multiple times and it's kinda true, I'm still tired but Magnolia looks wide awake and excited for the first day. Kinda odd if you ask me but she was always a weird one, that's what I loved about her. You would never expect her to be weird, her new friends don't know her like I do, they know the person who she tries to be to make everyone like her but she's perfect the way she is. She glaces over at me and I realize that I've been staring at her for a full minute, I quickly look away. Oh my god. I can't believe I was staring at her, she must think I'm a creep! The bus finally gets here, she gets on first before I do, she sat next to her friend in the front and I sat in the back next to my friend. All I could think about on the bus was being Magnolia's friend again. I miss her so much, but after that stunt I pulled, she probably thinks I'm a freak.
