The day when I fell through my computer screen is the same day I arrived in the Haikyuu!! world.

Honestly, not even I know how. It all sort of just happened.

One minute I was watching Haikyuu in my dimly lit room, just finishing some cheese popcorn. When my favorite character showed up on the screen, I internally screamed.

With my clean hand, I traced my finger over the characters outlines, wishing I could be with them, maybe as their manager or girlfriend- we're getting off track.

But, accidentally, I didn't trace over air, I was tracing on the screen itself. Told you, one minute I was watching a show, the next I'm in the show.

Now, here I stand, in the school gym with my face planted on the floor. Oh, the humiliation will eat me up.

Fortunately, I was wearing a Haikyuu shirt with the name 'Karasuno High school' written in the front. I was also wearing a jacket that wasn't exactly closed all the way, so the back design wouldn't be seen. Sometimes my own genius scares me.

Groaning as I stand up, picking myself off the floor, a familiar figure with grey-ish hair and kind eyes walks up to me. My eyes lit up at the sight of him.

"Are you okay?? Are you hurt?" Sugawara asked worriedly as he sized me up and looked me over, checking for wounds. God, he's so sweet. It must be a dream come true. Someone pinch me.

I wanted to scream as I kept my composure in front of him. "Yeah, I'm fine, thanks for asking." I said with a small smile as I wave him off and look around, taking in my surroundings. I really was in the Haikyuu world.

"Wow, who's this?!" A voice rang out loudly as he approached us. My eyes immediately recognized the black hair and orange streak.

"Who are you and why are you here?" He asked curiously as he circled around me, inspecting me while I just stood there awkwardly.

"Aha.. I'm here to, uh.." I quickly thought of a believable and easy lie. "I'm here to be a potential manager, yeah."

When he stopped in front of me, head tilted to the side confused, I just smiled at him and held my hand out. I was planning to shake hands. "I'm L/n Y/n. Nice to meet you....?"

I intentionally trailed off as I waited for him to introduce himself. Even though I watched literally all the episodes, OVA's, and the recent movie.

"I'm Nishinoya Yu, guardian of Karasuno!" He said with a grin that made my heart flutter. He just high fived me and put both hands on his hip afterwards proudly.

"What year are you in?" Someone else asked curiously, eyeing me up and down. He was bald and had a curious (but slightly menacing) gaze as his eyes raked over me. 'Well shit. I'm gonna get caught.'

"I'm a first year." I told Tanaka. At this point, I'm just praying that there's somehow a place I can fill in, in one of the classes. Looks like the whole team finally came over to see what all the commotion was about.

"I haven't seen you here before, are you a transfer student?" Hinata chimed in.

"What class are you in?" Kageyama asked in turn.

"Do you play volleyball, or do you just know about it?" Daichi questioned.

"You're awfully short." Tsukishima sneered.

I brushed away the last comment and answered the rest of the questions. Hopefully they'll believe it.

"I'm a transfer student. I'm in class 3, and I play volleyball a lot with my friends. Is that all you wish to know, or do you want to ask some more?" I offered. 'Please, don't ask me any more questions.'

"Just one last question." I turned towards the voice and I waited for him to ask away. He seemed eager to ask this last question, whatever it was.

"Are you single?"

Everyone froze as they stood there, shocked at the sudden question asked from Nishinoya.

His eyes were gleaming in excitement as he waited for my answer, bouncing up and down on his heels, almost as if he wanted to ask me out. Me. Almost as soon as he saw me, too.

I wanted to choose my words carefully, but I decided to be blunt and just say it outright. After all, what's the harm?
"Yes."

"Then go out with me!"

If everyone was frozen before, they were petrified now. Even Tsukishima.

"What?" I asked again, wanting to confirm if he said it for me and if my ears wasn't playing tricks on me.

"You heard me." He said as he grinned at me, pointing his thumb at himself again. "Go out with me!"

I honestly wanted to go out with him, but did I really want to risk it?

Should she actually risk it, or should she reject him?
