When I went to bed last night, it was troubling. HE was in haunting my head, the memories came back and I panicked. I had a panic attack late last night. It was probably around.. 1A.M. I must've been REALLY loud. My neighbor, Josh, came over last night. thin walls, huh.
"Hey, Y/N, I know it's real late out.. but I heard screaming and crying so I just wanted to check up on you. You okay?" he knocked on my door, and said that when I opened it.
"Yeah. I'm ok. I just uh had a bad dream. I have sleep paralysis." I half lied. I don't really want him in my business.
