Cartman stands up from his seat and makes eye contact with Kyle. He sneers at him before exiting the classroom. Kyle scoffs and rolls his eyes before leaving the room as well with Tolkien.
(Tolkiens POV)
I narrow my eyes at Cartman. Kyle's new here so I don't understand why Cartman see's the need to be an asshole towards him. Speaking of Kyle, he's a pretty nice person to talk to. He showed me his schedule during class and apparently we have gym together.
I glance upward as I hear some giggling. I notice Marsh and Bebe giving me judgmental stares. I just ignore them. Those two are so immature. I actually can't believe they are both holding grudges over incidents that occured years ago. Marsh's reasoning completely asinine. I could see if he hated my parents for taking heavy inspiration on his father's business idea, but I had no part in that. And Bebe? I did nothing to her. She needs to grow up. What happpen between me and Wendy in the past had nothing to do with her. It was just your typical middle school drama. Besides, I've definately changed a lot ever since then.
Flashback 🙀🦄 (I used Chat GPT for this because I'm horrible at writing flashbacks🤷🏽♀️)
In the bustling hallways of South Park Middle School, Tolkien and Wendy were known as the golden couple. They had been dating for a few months, their relationship a mix of puppy love and genuine affection. Wendy, with her bright eyes and kind heart, was dedicated to Tolkien, who had a charming smile and a knack for making people laugh. They were inseparable, sharing lunches, laughing at inside jokes, and supporting each other through the trials of middle school life. Everything seemed perfect until the day Wendy stumbled upon something that shattered her world. She noticed Tolkien acting strangely, often texting and smiling at his phone. One afternoon, her curiosity got the better of her, and she peeked over his shoulder to see a message from Nichole, a sweet girl from their science class. The messages were flirty, far beyond what friends would exchange.
Heart pounding, Wendy decided to confront Tolkien after school. They met behind the bleachers, their usual hangout spot. Wendy's voice trembled as she asked, "Are you cheating on me with Nichole?"
Tolkien looked caught, his eyes darting away. "Wendy, I... It's not like that."
"Then what is it?" Wendy's voice grew stronger, anger mixing with her hurt. "You've been talking to her behind my back."
Tolkien sighed, running a hand through his hair. "Wendy, Nichole and I... we just clicked. She's... she's really nice to me."
"And I wasn't?" Wendy's eyes filled with tears. "I thought we were happy."
"You are a great girlfriend, Wendy, really," Tolkien said, struggling to find the right words. "But Nichole... she just understands me differently. She's always so calm and patient. She doesn't get upset with me over little things. And... I just feel more relaxed around her."
Wendy felt her heart breaking. "So, you like her better because I'm not calm enough for you? Because I care too much?"
"It's not like that," Tolkien tried to explain, but Wendy had heard enough.
"Then what is it like, Tolkien?" Her voice was a whisper now. "Why couldn't you just talk to me?"He didn't have a good answer, and that hurt Wendy the most. With a final, heart-wrenching look, she turned and walked away, the official end of their relationship hanging heavily in the air.Bebe, Wendy's best friend, was there to pick up the pieces. She found Wendy crying in the girl's bathroom and wrapped her arms around her, whispering comforting words. Bebe had always been protective of Wendy, but this was different. Seeing her best friend so broken ignited a deep anger towards Tolkien.
