Twilight awoke with a sudden jolt. She had awoken from yet another horrific nightmare. Only this time she was....killed by Princess Celestia. "Oh gods what a horrible dream." She muttered wiping any stray tears away. Twilight then looked around only to see she was not on the ground, but a hospital bed. Not only that, there was another pony near her. Twilight couldn't believe her eyes, her and Spike traveled probably thousands of miles without seeing any other pony. It all seemed impossible, there wasn't another land ruled by ponys for millions of...... Twilight's mind immediately went blank, her eyes went wide. It was the moment Twilight realized this. She and Spike traveled more than millions of miles and a pony just so happened to stumble upon them. The mysterious pony must've felt bad for them and took them to her hometown. Spike must've- wait.....

Twilight immediately realized that Spike wasn't with her. She looked around her, she felt panic starting to rise in her chest. Questions running through her mind.

"Was Spike taken? Did he run off and accidentally get lost? Did he decide to return to Equestria?"

She didn't know. All Twilight could think of was her precious kid, friend, she didn't care at this point. All she wanted to know where Spike was. Twilight didn't even realize that the pony was right next to her. "Ms.Sparkle-?" Twilight nearly jumped when she heard the pony speak. Twilight couldn't even speak, she just turned to the pony, now noticing that she was in a nurse's outfit. The pony though seemed to ignore the fact that Twilight jumped and continued to talk to her completely normal. As if everything was completely fine. Twilight decided to listen, hoping to get an answer about where Spike was. Which turned out to be quite quick seeing as it was one of the nurse's first sentences.

"Oh! And your little dragon friend is fine. He's playing with Queen Andromeda's assistant dragon, Frost Fire! They seem to get along quite well." She said in a cheerful tone.

"Oh..." Twilight could only utter before going quiet for a second. Though it didn't last very long.

"Wait..... QUEEN Andromeda?!" She yelled, emphasizing on the word queen.

The nurse only giggled in response and nodded. "Yep! Queen Andromeda of Aeonia, well part of Aeonia. Our Queen and Frost Fire found you and your dragon friend on one of her night walks and couldn't leave you alone. And- oh! Silly me, I haven't introduced myself at all!" She laughed. The nurse then took a couple steps back from Twilight's hospital bed and bowed a little before saying,"I'm Nurse Heartwood, or Charming Heartwood. You may call me either, or you can call me Charm if you'd like." She added with a bright grin after raising her head high. Twilight actually smiled a little, her personality was a mix of Pinkie Pie, FlutterShy, and Apple Jack's. It suited well for being a nurse. Twilight decided that maybe a small conversation wouldn't hurt. Or at least that's what she thought. Right as she started talking, another pony came in. Could you even call him a pony? Twilight didn't know. He was very tall, probably even taller than Princess Celestia! Twilight couldn't stop staring even as he was right next to her. She was calm on the outside, but was basically fearing for her life inside, as she was trapped in a hospital room with this strange unicorn and an earth pony that she literally just met! For a second she thought her life was over. This was the end for her, or at least she thought. A hoof waving in front of Twilight's face brought her back from her stupor.

"Ms.Sparkle? I've been calling you for the past two minutes, are you alright?" Oh.... He must've been another doctor. "Way to assume things again Twilight." She thought to herself as she then turned to the tall unicorn, who now made it clear that he is indeed a doctor. He had a stethoscope wrapped around his neck and a lab coat on, not to mention his ID literally said Dr.NightShade. Twilight felt even more stupid than before and was wanting to slam her head into a wall right now. Unfortunately, she was in a hospital room and that wasn't going to happen.
