This os starts from where Ranveer has said the doctors to tell his family that he is no more as he was having less chances ... Ranveer's family held Sirat responsible and Sirat was staying in Goenka house ... Here Mimi and Swarna are pressuring Kartik to marry Sirat

In one of the ICU the patient suddenly came out of the coma and looking around u that's when a nurse saw the patient and immediately went run to call the doctor

Nurse ... Doctor the ICU patient who was in coma has woke up

As soon as doctor heard that he run towards the ICU and checked the patient

I was travelling with my family and while we were returning back to home our bus lost its control and got stuck in the edge of the cliff and me and my husband where first saving our family and at last with great difficulties u both got down the bus but the land where we both were standing was weak and that land was about to slip down so I pushed my husband and before my husband could hold my hand I fell down
