William Stryker.

Stryker: "Just wait for me there, Weapon X...I'll see you in hell...And you are going to die with me-" He tries to said more but (Y/N) interrupted Stryker with his claws uppercut stabbed at him through to the top of his head and killed him instantly.

After (Y/N) kill Stryker and make him throw the body of Stryker down on the ground and then (Y/N) finally kill Stryker and make him spit the crap down on Stryker and he told him.
