Ei Pov:

Normally I would spend my time in Tenshukaku alone, without worrying about outside affairs. However, today was different.

"Ei, are you listening to me?" Miko asked, moving closer to my face.

"Yes, I am."

"I find that hard to believe. You look as if you're starting off into space. Or are you maybe distracted by something~?" She moved even closer to me blowing on my nose.

I placed my hand on her face and pushed her away. Why must she always do this?

"Are you trying to push me away, Ei? That's very mean of you. I just wanted to show you some love."

There it is again; she's always talking about love. Love this, love that. I don't understand it.

"You can show your love somewhere else, Miko. Right now, I just want to sit here and enjoy my solitude. Is that acceptable?"

Miko looked at me for a second before looking up in the air, placing her index finger on her lips pondering about something. Why is it taking her so long to answer me?

"No, it's not acceptable. Not in the slightest. You can enjoy your oh so perfect solitude after I leave here today, alright?"

So that's how it was. I guess there's nothing I can do. Miko will stay until she feels like she had enough fun. I didn't hate her company, but it was still quite irritating to deal with.

"You just offended me didn't you~?" What, can she read my mind now? "No, I can't read your mind Ei. It's written all over your face.

"Are you sure you don't have some kind of power you're not telling me about Miko? Because it's rather strange how you just knew exactly what I was thinking."

"It's not my fault that you're so predictable. Maybe if you'd try doing more unexpected things you could outwit me and make me guess wrong, but until then~"

Miko came back over to me and placed her fingers on my lips.

"Let's have some fun alright~?"

I don't like the sound of that. Miko's definition of fun can be pretty... Unique. It'd be better to just avoid it completely instead of letting her have her way.

"No Miko, I don't want to."

That didn't appear to work. Miko in her shrine outfit looked at me with a questionable look. I don't know why, but I felt like I was going to have a hard time.

Yae Pov:

She doesn't want to huh? Well, I wasn't giving her a choice. I said we're going to have some fun and I meant we're going to have some fun.

I moved closer to Ei's oh so beautiful face and pinched her cheeks. Her expression was one filled with both shock and annoyance. I could die for this thrill~

"Miko wov you spop twhis?"

"I'm sorry can you repeat that EI? I couldn't quite understand you over all that mumbling. Or was it that you said something embarrassing and didn't want me to hear you? If that's the case all you need to do is speak a bit louder~"

Ei glared at me as I spoke, her eternal velvet eyes piercing the inner most depths of my soul. If this was any other situation with her, I would've backed off but, I still have the upper hand. As a fox envoy it was my job to know every little thing about my Archon and that included her weak points.

I placed two of my fingers on Ei's lips spreading them in a way that forced her to smile. She tried fighting it but was unsuccessful. From there I leaned in to rest my head against hers slowly removing my hand from her face. This was a dangerous situation I put myself in, but if I played my cards right, I'd get out perfectly fine.
