Remi and Miyamura walked home together after school one day. It was at this moment when someone called out to Miyamura and caused him to turn around. It was none other than Tanihara, Miyamura's bully from Junior High School and who was the reason why Miyamura had struggled with suicidal thoughts in the past. The boy cornered Miyamura and began to riducle him all over again.
"So you've changed your look. Can't believe it took you till high school to grow a pair. Just know, you will always be my little punching bag, and there's nothing you can do about it, you pathetic loser." Tanihara said
"Are you done?" Miyamura asked
"Pardon?" Tanihara asked
"I asked if you're done. I was just walking home with my girlfriend and I do not need you to make fun of me. You have no power over me anymore, you bully people because of your crippling self-doubt in yourself, that is the only reason why you bullied me back in Junior High School. I'm not mad, but I am saying that I forgive you." Miyamura said
"Miyamura, I'm really sorry for what...
Before Tanihara could finish, Remi interrupted him and wrapped her hands around Miyamura's arm. Tanihara smiled and knew that the pink haired girl made Miyamura very happy. Miyamura laughed and looked at Tanihara.
"Oh, did you say something Tanihara?" Miyamura asked
"N-nah, it's nothing. Good to see you again." Tanihara said in a sheepish manner
Tanihara quickly turned and walked away, feeling a mix of embarrassment and relief. As he walked off, he couldn't help but reflect on his past actions and the impact they had on Miyamura. He had never truly understood the consequences of his bullying until now.
Miyamura and Remi continued their stroll home, their hands intertwined and smiles on their faces. Remi looked up at Miyamura, admiration shining in her eyes.
"You handled that so well, Miyamura. I'm proud of you," she said softly.
Miyamura smiled back at her, grateful for her support. "I couldn't have done it without you, Remi. You give me strength."
As they walked, Miyamura couldn't help but think about how much he had grown since his days in Junior High. He had found solace in his friendship with Hori and had discovered his true self. But it was Remi who had truly changed his life. Her love and acceptance had given him the courage to face his past and move forward.
Over time, Miyamura and Tanihara's paths would cross again. Tanihara had taken Miyamura's words to heart and had started to reflect on his own actions. He began to make amends with those he had hurt in the past, seeking forgiveness and trying to change for the better.
Miyamura, on the other hand, continued to thrive in his relationship with Remi. They supported each other through thick and thin, always there to lend a helping hand or a listening ear. Together, they faced the challenges that life threw at them, knowing that they were stronger together.
Miyamura and Remi's love only grew stronger. They built a life together, filled with love, laughter, and understanding. And while the scars of his past would always be a part of Miyamura, he knew that he had overcome them with the help of Remi and the power of forgiveness.
In the end, the encounter with Tanihara served as a reminder of how far Miyamura had come. It was a testament to his resilience and the transformative power of love. And as they continued their journey home, hand in hand, Miyamura couldn't help but feel grateful for the person he had become and the love he had found.

RomantikThis is my take on the anime: Horimiya. The characters are still the same, but the story is completely different.
