chapter 4

After the party he just acted like I didn't exist. And I don't know why it bothered me. For some reason I wanted him to see me. Chase me. But he didn't. In fact he treated me like he had absolutely no idea of who I was.

I decided to go to the book store since it was the weekend. And I literally planned on rotting in bed reading my life away. I decided to get food on my way back home when I spotted a familiar being. In the same place,  seated with a beautiful blond. It was Seth. He looked so bored. I don't think he noticed me. And I didn't really want him to. Since I was dressed in my ( no one will see me, outfit)
And my hair in a messy bun with a bare face. No makeup!!!!
I took my food and left as fast as I could out of that restaurant , as I was about to get into my car when someone stopped me.

-"Seth? What are you doing?" I said genuinely surprised

-Nea I need your help.  PLEASE.

-"help with what "

- " scare my date away. My dad wanted me to go on this blind date with his business partners daughter. And if I spent another second with her I think I'll pass out."

-" your literally being INSANE right now and super DRAMATIC, do you hear yourself? What could I possibly do."

-" just pretend to be my crazy ex who doesn't want to see me with any girl other than you. Nea please. Don't make me beg."

- " Did you see how gorgeous that girl is and how insane I look right now "

He took the time to check me out looking at me in my eyes. Making me feel super anxious to the point, where I wanted to disappear. Why did he have to see me like this.

-" NEA you look pretty good to me. Way better than her on your worse day." He did not just say that.!!

-" fine. But you owe me big time"

-"DEAL"

so I managed to scare the girl off. And Seth kept on thanking me the entire time.  He could be pretty annoying.

-" Nea you a lifesaver. How about I repay you tomorrow night with dinner for you doing this for me."

A date!!!!

-" as in a dat Delton?"

-" you could call it that. "

-" fine but it's not a date"

-" whatever you say new girl. I'll pick you up at 8. Give me your number so I can know where to pick you up."

I gave him my number and drove off. I was having dinner with Seth Delton how insane...
