chapter 5

I was having dinner with this fool. Every part of me told me this isn't a good idea but I literally wasn't thinking logically anymore. I didn't even recognise myself. I've never been on a date first of all. And didn't even have a boyfriend.  So this is so unreal right now.

My girls came over to help me get ready and literally annoyed me with their comments the entire time..

Anna: Nea a date with THE SETH DELTON , girl how lucky could you be!!!

-" it's not a date,we are just having dinner "

Lizzy: sounds like a date to me. If you know anything about Seth you'll know that he doesn't ever ask girls out for dinner as In EVER.

- " this is his way of thanking me, it's nothing big "

Anna: still a date, but you look incredible.

I wore a red silk dress that covered my ankles with my hair tight up in a sleek ponytail exposing my neck and giving a full image of my face. Red lipstick and a pair of heels. I looked pretty good if I do say so myself. With small gold earrings that brings it all together with a matching necklace.

My phone rang indicating that he was outside. He was literally so nervous..

As I walked to the car he got out. Wearing all black. He looked so dangerous yet everything about him draws you in. He stared at me not breaking eye contact. He examined my entire being. Taking it all in.  A smirk imprinted on his beautiful face. He looked at me in a way as if I was his prey. Like I belonged to him. And the thought of that made me blush.

-" NEW GIRL." He said so smoothly.

-" Delton."

-" you look gorgeous really fucking gorgeous" saying that he opened the car door for me to get in.

Atleast his a gentleman.

The drive to the place we headed felt like a dream. I couldn't believe I was on a date right now with this , bad boy. he kept on stealing glances at me, And I couldn't help but wonder what he was thinking

He took me to a beach side restaurant. That overlooks the most beautiful view of the ocean. With the night light making it feel so wholesome.

We took our seats and ordered our food. I practically took what he was taking since I don't really know this place at all.  A part of me couldn't understand why Seth was acting a bit weird like he would stare at me so intensely.

-" Delton what's wrong, you keep staring at me, is something wrong with my makeup?"

-" so a guy can't stare?  You look really good tonight and I'm just admiring your beauty that's all "

Who is this guy????

-" well thank you, you look pretty good yourself "

- " so new girl where are you from?"

His really trying to make small talk right now!!

-" I don't really have an answer for that. My parents tend to move so much that I don't really have time to adapt to a place for longer than a year, it could get tiring moving all the time. Leaving people behind that meant so much to you in a short period of time."

-" yea I totally understand.  My dad on the other hand leaves a lot . He'd be gone for months stay a day and just disappear again. My mother deals with it hard. And I have to play a role as the Man of the house when I'm practically dealing with so much. So I know how tiring it gets "

For the first time ever since I met him. I never really took him for the type to open up and have such a deep conversation with a person. He is a human too. And deals with shit to...

-" Seth..."

-" no Nea don't sweat it, I'm used to it by now..

We had dinner and the night went pretty well. Seth made me laugh the entire night and I found myself enjoying every moment of it. I guess he wasn't that bad after all...

-" wanna take a walk on the beach? Nea..."

-" yea sure why not"

We walked on the sand with him holding my heels. With his jacket over my shoulder. We got to a point where we just stood still and stared at the waves crashing into each other. In complete silence. I leaned on his shoulder and he didn't seem to mind in fact he wrapped his arms around my waist with a firm grip. And just stared at me so intensely. I could feel my heart beat pumping in my chest as he stared.

-" thank you for coming tonight Nea..."

-" I'm glad I came..'
