"Have you ever seen that woman fight?" He asked and pigtails pressed her lips into a fine line "I'm taking that as a no," he sighs "seeing her fight isn't pretty, let me tell you that. I've only seen it once and im gonna admit this and say that it's terrifying" she cocks an eyebrow "terrifying? Tashaki-san looks like she couldn't hurt a bug" hakari laughs
"If she couldn't hurt a bug, why would the zenin girl look up to her? Where even is tashaki-sama?" He asked, unconsciously looking around as if you were in his line of sight
"... I don't know" the girl says truthfully "all I know is that if she's back then it means we have to be on our toes. Fushiguro-kun said that there's a chance she might not ever come back and there's also a chance that she does- but if that happens then yuta okkotsu has to get off the field and stay by her side"

Your eyes slowly opened and adjusted to the light, as soon as your vision cleared up you saw cronos's worried face. Her skin drenched with sweat and her eyes glossy "how are you feeling? Are you okay?" She asked, on the verge of crying because of how much she was worrying
You exhaled and sat up, your e/c hues completely black and your skin tone a little lighter than it should be. You didn't answer her, you only nodded. Your lips remaining in a straight line The dark circles under your eyes became so bad that they were eye bags instead, making your under eyes a little puffy. Your eyes were dry of any light and your lips were robbed of any rosy tint, the same with your cheeks and nose
"I'm guessing it worked?" You asked "yes!! How are you... feeling?" She asked again "are you seriously asking me that?" She shook her head "nevermind, that was a dumb question" she sighs
Your eyes widened and your breath hitched "what?" Cronos's eyebrows curved in worry "I need to go there, I need to go back under.. I need to go there" you repeated, muttering words under your breath as you stood up "what- where?! Don't stand up so quick!" The taller woman jumped to her feet and grabbed the hem of your shirt
"I need to kill him" your eyes were wide open, red veins forming in them as the veins on your forearm popped out "kill- kill him..." you mumbled as you stormed out of the room and down the hallways of the palace, cronos scrambled to her feet and chased after you. Noticing your change in behaviour and shift in energy

Why didn't she kill him? The question sunk in her mind, she's more than capable of doing she ran off to the heavens as soon as she got hurt
