If they only knew
What happens when no one is around.
If only they knew
What each scar means.
If only they knew
What went on behind her expressionless eyes.
Pain.
Hatred.
Sorrow.
Madness.
Doubt.
Guilt.
Loneliness.
Hurt.
Fakeness.
She harms herself when no one is around, a hidden razor kept under pillows.
She believes it's her only friend, the only one that gets why.
Each scar is a reminder of her past mistakes and the depth of the pain that has been caused to her.
They teach her what not to do and the consequences.
Behind her eyes, a battle of life and death goes on.
And she feels as if she is getting closer and closer to loosing it.
To death.
What would they do if they knew?
Would they change their minds?
Would they try to help her?
Would they stop the terrible remarks?
Would they keep on doing what they originally do?
