It was already the next day, time really flies... Oh well, Sanemi woke up and heard some faint coughing, he stood up and went walking to the kitchen where he found Giyuu on the floor coughing blood... This was really worrying now, he didn't think Giyuu could make it, could he? Sanemi quickly went and gave him some pats on the back and offering a napkin. He carried him and made him sit down on a chair. "This is getting worse... Could it be?" "Please, don't worry about me... I'm fine.... How about we go see the theater? Today is such a beautiful ruined to be ruined because of me" Sanemi didn't answer and just gave him a glass of water. Then Giyuu
stood up and grabbed Sanemi by the hand to lead him to the town.
"He has been acting very off recently... Ever since that damn day.." Sanemi thought before reaching the theater and quickly he noticed how everyone just stared at them, whispering among themselves as they held hands. Why couldn't they see them as normal people like the rest of them? Why was there something wrong in being loved and loving?
Giyuu also noticed this so he held his hand more tight instead of letting him go. Wherever they walked, the people around them would try to get away from them like if they had some sort of disease. Why couldn't they just accept they were like them?
When they got finally inside the theater and watched as all the actors played their role, Giyuu suddenly let go of his hand but hugged him which catched Sanemi off-guard. At the time the show was over, Giyuu leaded him to a place where there wasn't anyone and showed him the letter Sanemi wrote. "Why?" Sanemi couldn't say anything.
Will he also think is weird to love someone of the same gender? "Why can't it be in this life?" Now that was something new, he didn't know that Giyuu felt that way. Everytime he saw him blush and smile it was because he truly loved him, how could he be so blind to not see that? But still, now that he finally got that pain off his chest he hugged him tightly, something as soft followed by a sudden kiss of Giyuu, his soft lips pressing against his.
How could he be so lucky? At that moment he felt like the luckiest man in the world, finally the only thing he wanted to have was finally besides him and maybe if society didn't accept them, they would still love eachother even if that meant to die.
He was willing to do anything for him, he didn't care if it wasn't viewed as something acceptable, how could it be illegal to love someone? Or maybe, how couldn't he love someone as Giyuu? Many questions flooded his mind as they walked through their path home. He finally felt like he could be loved, he didn't care anymore about his reputation, all he was thinking about was him.
