MOVING TO CONNECTICUT
was a new beginning for Nailea, a new start. A chance to get away from her toxic father, who would hit her for dumbass reasons. "New start. Finally" Nailea thought to herself as she finished getting her bags into the back of her car, she then hops in the driver seat and sighs, the only thing that can be heard is her car turning on, her mothers soft cries and her baby sisters laughs as she played with toys. She wanted to stay but it's for the better and plus who would turn down UConn. Nailea waved goodbye to her mother before taking off heading towards the airport. She was happy that she had been accepted into UConn university yet she was so sad and guilty for leaving her family.

She sits in the airport with her AirPods in, blasting "Every Man Gets His Wish" by Vocel while fidgeting with the bracelet her mother had given her. Nailea has bad Social Anxiety so for her to be doing this by herself is a major breakthrough.

After a bit people start boarding the plane and so does Nailea. Nailea finds a seat where nobody was sitting. "Perfect" she thought. She kept trying to keep herself awake on the plane but she couldn't help herself and plus nobody was sitting next to her.

After a few hours it's now morning, Nailea had woken up from the sun beaming on her face from the window of the plane. "God damn" Nailea mumbles to herself, that proves why she is not an morning person

She gets of the plane and rents a car, heads straight to Chick-fil-A. After having some food she heads to UConn university.

She makes it to UConn and peacefully walks to the dorm rooms and looks for her dorm and runs into someone. That someone looks very excited but how the fuck are you excited this early...
Nailea ignored her and kept walking before the girl came up to her

"Hey, your Natalie I mean Nailea" the girl said holding Naileas shoulder

"Uh yeah I am" Nailea said confused

"You're my roomie, saw on the list- I'm Kk" Kk said smiling

"Oh okay" Nailea smiled softly

Kk showed Nailea around and Nailea has a big feeling they will be besties by the end of the week. Currently they are in their dorm together, Nailea is scrolling endlessly on Instagram while Kk is on TikTok

"Hey can I invite my friends over?" Kk asked

"Yea go ahead" Nailea said politely

After a couple minutes Paige,Azzi,Nika,and Aaliyah come knocking on the door

"That's them!" Kk opened the door

"Hey girly pops" kk said to them

They all said hi to Kk and Kk pulled Nailea by the arm so she can meet everyone

"Hi" Nailea said with a smile

Everyone said hi except this girl who was just looking at her phone the whole time

"Nika come on, say hi. I promise you she is never this stubborn and quiet". Kk said reassuringly

"Hi." Nika said but she did not look up from her phone. Why?!??

Nailea smiled, after a bit they all watched movies and fell asleep
