I WAKE UP
and get ready like any other day

I shower,get dressed, do my hair, you know the usual stuff

I look at my phone and smile.

It's a text from Nailea

I remember the long call we had last night and the amount of times I heard her laugh

God she never laughed around me before.

She's so pretty.

Anyway!

Back to the text.
Just a sweet good morning with those stupid emojis she always uses

"Good morning! Have a good day Nika! 🫶🏽😛"

I replied with a simple good morning back
I put down my phone and finish getting ready
Once I finish I walked out to the kitchen and grabbed a water bottle.
I think for a moment then text Nailea

AHHHH!!!!

I jump around in a circle from excitement
But I then stop and look around.
I literally js cringed myself out.

Anywho

I just sit on the couch and wait for her to get ready

About 40 minutes pass by and she texted me she's ready!
I'm so excited to see her
I get my lazy bum up and grab my car keys to head out the door
I walk towards her dorm with my keys
I knock on her door and she opens it

She's so beautiful.

I smile and she smiles back

You all ready to go?" I ask her

"Yep" she replied

I start walking to my car with her following behind me

"So where are we going to go?" Nailea asks me

"Um I'm not sure yet, do you wanna pick?" I suggest

"No you pick"

"Why. You just pick"

"I don't like picking"

"But-"

"Just pick Nika"

I sigh and chose a breakfast restaurant or whatever they are called she smiles and nods her head I nod and we soon get to my car I walk to the passenger side and open the door for her

"Wow you are actually opening a door for me" she says sarcastically

I keep my mouth shut so I don't say anything rude back and I just smile I go to the drivers side and sit down I start the car then look over to her

"You see how I didn't talk back. Very demure very mindful very cutesy." I say with a laugh

"No ma'am." She replied shaking her head while laughing

I start driving to the restaurant while she plays music
