"Hey, your move is wrong," Yaara scolds Eun-ju, who's practicing dance moves.
ASAEL is going to cover a choreography dance chosen by AZ Choreographer team with PD Oh's permission to showcase their talent for the first time on YouTube. So, this dance practice is super important for their image.
"...what?"
"Don't you have ears? I said your move is wrong. You should bring your hands up a little, then fold them behind your head. Make sure they form a 90-degree angle," Yaara added.
Her hand moved to correct Eun-ju's position, who was still surprised by Yaara's harsh tone.
"Did you just call me 'hey'? Did you forget I'm 2 years older than you?" Eun-ju snapped, brushing away Yaara's hand.
But Yaara's grip tightened, not letting go. She smiled slyly at Eun-ju.
"Is that necessary? Right now, You and I aren't 'seniors and juniors', but 'students and teachers'. I'm the lead dancer, so you need to listen to my instructions, Kang Eun-ju," Yaara said.
I think Yaara become more mean towards Eun-ju after yesterday incidents. Like it or not, Eun-ju had to accept it because Yaara held a higher position. Another reason was because he was here.
Not PD Oh, but the man who judged the group leader selection for ASAEL over the last two months.
"I'll have Ha Ming Yu teach choreography for ASAEL."
I remembered PD Oh's words. I wondered why ASAEL's former choreography trainee was replaced by this man, but I actually felt grateful. He seemed more reliable than the others.
In my past life, ASAEL's old choreographer had a close relationship with Eun-ju, but I didn’t notice at the time. I was too busy with other things and left ASAEL's training oversight to Eun-ju since she was the leader.
Because of that, almost all of ASAEL's choreography centered around Eun-ju, while the actual center was Zuyi. After that, AZ got severe criticism from Korean netizens for ASAEL's biased choreography.
I looked at Ha Ming Yu's side profile. He looked like a guy in his 20s, so it was hard to believe he had been with AZ for 14 years as a vocal coach.
'This is the first time I know his name after the ASAEL leader selection incident,' I mumbled to myself.
"Well... it seems like you're more interested in me than watching ASAEL practice," he suddenly said.
Had I been staring at him for too long? Or was he just more observant?
"Ah, no. I just accidentally stared at your direction where your faces was there." I replied, smiling.
"What, haha, you don't have to responded like that, I'm joking. Still, Isn't not because you're interested in me?" he asked again, with a mock-pitiful look.
Maybe because I was too used to seeing Eun-ju's two-faced behavior.
"While I'm willing to volunteer myself to replace the former ASAEL choreography trainee, because i'm interested in you."
You volunteered? Ah, now I feel a bit guilty. But, why are you interested in me? That's... pretty creepy. I hope you're not the stalker who stabbed me in my past life.
"I'm sure you forgot about our first meeting. I also know you only learned my name when PD Oh mentioned it the other day. Am I right?"
So, he knows. My bad.
"The first meeting I remember was when you judged the competition between Yaara and Eun-ju," I replied, still watching the ASAEL members practice.
Occasionally, Yaara would turn to me with an annoying expression. I was too used to this girl's childish behavior.
