As the Kapadia family waited anxiously outside the operating theater, the doctor finally emerged, looking tired but relieved.

"Mr. Kapadia is out of danger," the doctor said. "He received the blood transfusion just in time, and that's what saved him."

Relief washed over the Kapadias, but it was short-lived as the doctor continued, "Thanks to your brother who gave his blood on time, we were able to save him."

Aditya, puzzled and in shock, stepped forward. "I'm sorry, doctor, but what are you talking about? None of my brothers gave blood. We only arrived just now."

The doctor frowned, "But the DNA matches. The person who donated the blood is directly related to the patient. Without a genetic match, the transfusion wouldn't have worked."

Aditya's voice trembled as he asked, "Are you sure, doctor?"

The doctor nodded and handed over a file. "Here are the proof and the test results."

Aditya took the file with shaking hands. As he read the contents, his eyes widened, and he stumbled, nearly falling, but Aryan quickly supported him. Aryan then took the file and read it, his face mirroring the shock and disbelief. Tears began to roll down the faces of the Kapadia family members as they processed this revelation.

At that moment, a nurse approached, holding a watch. "Doctor, the man who donated the blood left his watch behind."

The doctor took the watch and handed it to Aditya, who took it with trembling hands. Aditya examined the watch, recognizing it immediately.

Composing himself, Aditya asked, "Was our brother's name Manik Malhotra?"

The doctor nodded. "Yes, that's the name he gave us."

As the doctor walked away, giving them privacy, the Kapadia family was overwhelmed with emotions. They clung to each other, tears streaming down their faces as they realized the truth: Manik Malhotra, the man who had saved Arjun, was their long-lost brother, Nikhil.
