Rose had always dreamed of visiting what she considered the most spectacular carnival in existence, The Fountain Star Carnival. The carnival boasted delightful mascots and thrilling games. She had visited the carnival once when she was 8 and had always yearned to return. Her younger sister Blix also adored the carnival.
Finally, their parents took them there. The two sisters were overjoyed and immediately immersed themselves in the festivities, reveling in the games and enjoying the various attractions. As they became engrossed in a game, they suddenly realized it was late. They attempted to retrace their steps to find the exit but couldn't locate it, and slowly the realization sank in that they were lost.
Panic began to set in as the two realized they didn’t know where they were.
“Where are we!?!” Blix cried out in fear.
Rose quickly scanned their surroundings and spotted a staff-only door. “Maybe if we go in there, we can ask someone for help,” Rose said to Blix, trying to calm her down.
Blix followed Rose's gaze and saw a light blue door.
Hurriedly, they made their way to the staff-only door, cautiously opening it to find about seven men in a dimly lit room engaged in what seemed to be an important conversation about a hidden spot in the carnival, describing it as a rundown circus. The men were taken by surprise as they noticed the girls and fumbled over each other to grab them, locking them in a dark room beneath the carnival.
