He took Bella to the circus and put her in, but, suddenly he was arrested and put in jail because Bella killed 2 people from the same family and all evidence led to him,
apparently •••• never existed the circus created other animatronics later and they didn't kill anyone and Bella was locked up in a room to be managed later.
