GEORGIA:
i cannot believe i opened up. i finally talked about what actually happened.
our session was actually thirty minutes long, so we both went straight to break.
"georgia can i speak to you, in private?"
"sure"
we walk over to the lockers. nobody goes there.
"go on. whats up then." i say
"i wanted to apologise. i know it was a long time ago, but i didn't realise how badly it affected you, making you hate yourself. i know ditching you wasn't a good idea, i should've just stuck by you. we promised. i don't think i actually hate you though. i don't dislike you either. you aren't actually that bad. i'm sorry. i get it if you don't accept my apology, but i think it's a good place to start off with, apologising. again; i'm sorry."
"i'm sorry too. i know it wasn't a good idea, shutting you out when you had nobody, but you did that to me too. and i do accept your apology, it was a good place to start."
"thanks, and i accept yours too."
i smile and she smiles.
"see you next lesson? we have english"
"yeah, i'll see you next lesson emilie"
two weeks ago, i would have laughed in your face if you told me we both apologised.
i go to find my friends when i hear the bell go. shit. i was meant to apologise to them for not being here most of break, but i'll have to do that at lunch.
i walk down to english and i see emilie come out of miss green's room. i smile and she walks behind me. mr wakely is by the door welcoming us in.
-time skip to the end of the lesson.-
i pack my things away when i feel something on my bag.
"sorry, your bag was undone a bit, i zipped it up fully" says emilie
"thank you"
we both walk out the classroom, but none of us speak until i say, "you do realise if any of my friends find out were on speaking terms they will kill me, they hate you more than i do"
"you hate me less? wow never thought i'd hear that"
"your okay. your not as bad as you used to be"
"well if it makes you feel any better i dont dislike you too"
i giggle and see them come round the corner.

these are the last people id want to run into. joe sees me with emilie and gives me the biggest death stare ever.
