"Nice to meet you, I'm Hikari" the girl says. Kazuma's father tells him that she will be the one to take care of him from now one. Kazuma gets ready and goes to school and Kazuma doesn't talk to anyone at all. Kazuma notices Akane, Eiko and Ayane aren't in his class. He over hears the entire class talking about how all 3 girl have gone to see King Kisuke. Kazuma thinks to himself that this was surely going to happen soon. The king notices people who are extraordinarily strong. This means one thing they're going to get picked to fight for the Kingdom. Kazuma isn't surprised at the news and just does his work quietly. Kazuma does his work thinking that nothing bad could happen. A few minutes pass and Kazuma is being bullied by Eiko calling worthless and she begins to brag on how she got picked to serve the King. Kazuma can't say anything, so he congratulates her quietly. However She pushes him continuously, the teacher sees this and doesn't do anything. He acts as if nothing is happening. Kazuma asks himself why no one is doing anything, he then realises that its because nobody is strong enough to beat her. Eiko continues bragging and shows Kazuma her stats.
Every Adventurer or Warrior have stats and the stats determine what rank you are.
Eiko shows Kazuma her stats and Kazuma can see she her rank is a B+. She also tells Kazuma that between the 3 girls she is the weakest. She tells Kazuma that Ayane's rank is an A and Akane's rank is A+. A few minutes later the school bell rings telling everyone that school is over. Kazuma doesn't give Eiko any recognition and walks of. Kazuma goes home and he looks at his rank by using analysis skill. He looks and grows depressed, Kazuma's Rank is an F rank which is the lowest it can ever be. He lacks in many stats and doesn't have any useful skills. Kazuma lies down on his bed after being frustrated with himself. "I hate my life. Why must my life suck" He asks himself. Suddenly, a person arrives in his room. He is so scared that he can't say a word. It is a woman and she looks at Kazuma's stats and feel bad for him. "Whats wrong, you can't speak. You're an F rank person meaning you are weak." She says. Kazuma finally grows the courage and tells her his life sucks. He tells her he get bullied and his siblings and father look down on him and they want nothing to do with him, all because he is weak. The woman touches Kazuma's forehead and sees that he is telling the truth. She comes to him with an idea, She tell Kazuma that she doesn't have that much time to live and she going to help Kazuma out by giving him her powers. She finally introduces herself as Raynare the god of eternal. "Eternal? Didn't you say you didn't have long left?" He asks. Raynare claims that she its true she's basically immortal however, she won't exist because no one in this world even remembers her. She tell Kazuma that she will be erased from existence because nobody knows about her in this era. She tells him she can grant him any type of power that I wish for plus her powers. Kazuma thinks about this well and finally tells her. "I want the Godkiller's power, specifically Ultra Killer Vegito's power." She is startled that the fact Kazuma wants the power of the Godkiller since it is destructive. He tells her that he wants the power because it would be a huge help since he is a weakling. Raynare doesn't have a choice and grants his wish. Kazuma asks why he doesn't feel any stronger. Raynare tells him it will take him years since he is a child and he will slowly gain power. Kazuma understands and nods. She tells him that him that she will see him again on day and turns into energy and the energy goes inside Kazuma.
