Dinner party 3 : Switch

"Yeah, my partner is over there" Jackson says as he points towards his date who's standing at the other side of the hall, discussing with Yeji, she looks at Jimin and waves her hand in the air.

"Okay, but your partner can't be across the room, you have to be close to each other. So move it Jackson" Jimin says, as he points his finger at Jackson, then at his date indicating that they should move closer. Jackson hops off the bar chair and walks towards his date at the other side of the room.

"Okay everyone in the next ten seconds I need everyone to be partnered up" Jimin says.

You look to your side and Rosé is standing right beside you, beaming.
You smile warmly at her, while Jimin counts down to ten.

"Okay then!, is everyone partnered up," Jimin says as he scans the room with his eyes.

"Okay, so the rules of this game are simple, everyone gets to dance with their partners for a few minutes, before the song changes"

"When the song changes you are meant to switch with the couple nearest to you and note you are not to skip anyone, understood," Jimin said and everyone chorused a yes.

"Okay, let's begin, I'm watching y'all," Jimin says.

The music turns on, and everyone starts dancing and feeling the beat.

Your hands are interwinwed with Rosé's,
One hand was placed on her shoulder. You both dance to the beat of the song playing, constantly complementing each other, leaving the other blushing and smiling.

Dancing with Rosé was fun, she would smile from time to time, making subtle jokes about how betrayed Jungkook was feeling, you would look at him and he would just look away, and you both would chuckle at how childish he was behaving.
You both were still in a conversation about Rosé's concert in Los Angeles when the song suddenly changed, you looked around you and the couple next to you and Rosé was Jackson and his date.

You both switch partners, Rosé going off with Jackson's date, Hyung-seo, leaving just you and Jackson.

He extends his hand to you and you take it. You both start dancing again to the song when Jackson speaks.

"Uhmm... I don't know, but you look familiar, have we met before? "

"Actually yes we've met before, but only for a short while" you say.

"Really?, I knew it, I knew that we must have probably met before!"

"If you don't mind could you remind me where we've met" he says.

You smile and explain to him that you were the designer who designed most of his outfits for his tour last year. He has a shocked look on his face, you smile and explain to him that, he might not remember you that well because you weren't a constant figure during the tour, as you had only been around for the first and third fittings of all his stage outfits, due to your busy schedule.

He smiles and nods as you explain. When you finish, he tells you about how much he loved his outfits for that world tour, and that he has a lot of his favourite pictures, and favourite stage looks from that world tour.
He asks if, you're a friend of Jungkook, and you simply nod in response.

He looks around he then asks if he has missed out on much since he had arrived late, and you explain to him, that you don't know what his idea of much is, but you could say that, he missed out on quite a few things, like the couple dance that had happened about an hour ago.

He heaves a sigh, you can tell that he's disappointed, and maybe even angry for missing the dance, so you whisper to him, telling him that it's fine and that it was just one dance, and from the look of it, more fun things were to come, he smiles and taking your arm he spins you around, and he explains that he's just a huge fan of parties and hates having to miss any, you chuckle at his response, and he also starts laughing.
