Alec carries stiles through a portal to the institute. Alec as soon as he steps foot into the institute he starts to run to the medical area. He gets to the medical area and calls out for a doctor.
A doctor takes him on a bed with wheels to a room.
Hours have passed and the whole team has been sitting and waiting for any answers.
Finally a doctor comes out

Alec then just holds his hand then lays his head on the bed.

The doctor clear more people to see stiles
So Melissa , Scott , his dad , Izzy , Jace , Derek and many others came thru.

2 days later

A month later
Stiles' best man is scott and alec's is jace. Max is the flower boy and Noah is walking stiles down the aisle. Izzy has the rings. Let get the wedding started
Alec is at the altar, the music is playing. Both their families are sitting till the music plays for stiles to enter. Stiles and Noah started walking down the aisle. As both of them reach the end of the aise right before the altar Noah turns and hugs stiles. Then stiles walk over to Alec and Noah sits down by melissa. Stiles and Alec are now holding hands and the officiate asked if they take each other in sickness and in health and ricer or poor. Alec then grabbed his stele and found a spot on stiles and wedding rune on stiles wrist and stiles did the same. Put the rings on each other.
Officiant " you may kiss"
They are now married
The after party
Stiles and Alec watch as their family party but they just sit and enjoy each other's company.
