Ben's heart pounded furiously in his chest as he strained against the cold, unyielding chains binding his wrists. Each of Sage's anguished screams pierced him like a dagger, the sound reverberating through the stone walls of the dark cell. Desperation fueled his strength as he yanked and pulled, feeling the metal bite into his skin. Blood trickled down his arms, but he didn't care. All he could think about was Sage.

"Please, stop!" Ben shouted, his voice raw with anguish. "Leave her alone!"

Lucifer turned to him, his eyes gleaming with sadistic delight. "You really think you can protect her from me, boy? You're just a hunter's son. She's a Daughter of a legendary Warlock. She's far more valuable."

Ben's rage flared, his vision narrowing to a tunnel focused solely on Lucifer. The demon's laughter filled the room, a cruel, mocking sound that made Ben's blood boil. He pulled harder against the chains, his muscles screaming in protest, until with a final, furious yank, he felt the metal give way. The chains snapped, clattering to the ground in a chaotic symphony.

Lucifer was too absorbed in his torment to notice Ben's sudden freedom. Ben stumbled forward, his body trembling with adrenaline and pain. His eyes locked onto the angel blade glinting dully in the dim light. With a swift, decisive movement, he seized it, feeling the familiar weight of the weapon in his hand.

"I told you to stop!" Ben roared, his voice echoing off the walls.

In one fluid motion, he lunged at Lucifer, driving the angel blade into his back with all the strength he could muster. The blade sank deep, and Lucifer's laughter was abruptly cut off, replaced by a low, guttural growl of pain and surprise.

Lucifer staggered, his eyes widening in shock. He twisted to face Ben, fury contorting his features. "You little—"

Before Lucifer could finish, Ben twisted the blade, feeling it bite deeper into the demon's flesh. "I told you to stop," Ben repeated, his voice a deadly whisper.

Lucifer's knees buckled, and he fell to the ground, the angel blade protruding from his back. Ben stood over him, his breath coming in ragged gasps, blood dripping from his hands. The room was suddenly silent, save for the sound of Sage's ragged breathing.

Ben turned to Sage, his eyes softening with concern. She was huddled in the corner, her body trembling, her eyes wide with fear and pain. He rushed to her side, pulling her into a gentle embrace.

"It's okay, Sage. It's over. I've got you," he murmured, his voice soothing.

Sage clung to him, her body shaking with sobs. "Ben... I thought..."

"I know," Ben said softly, stroking her hair. "But we're going to get out of here. I promise."

As he held her, the weight of their ordeal settled heavily on his shoulders. He knew that their escape was just the beginning. Lucifer might be temporarily subdued, but the threat he posed was far from over. They needed to find a way out, to regroup with their allies, and to prepare for whatever horrors awaited them next.

With renewed determination, Ben helped Sage to her feet, supporting her as they moved towards the cell door. He glanced back at Lucifer's prone form, the angel blade still embedded in his back, and vowed that he would protect Sage with everything he had. Together, they would face whatever came next, and they would do it side by side.

Ben and Sage made their way out of the cell, the stone corridors stretching out before them like an endless labyrinth. The oppressive darkness seemed to close in around them, and the air was thick with an eerie silence. Each step echoed off the walls, a reminder of how far they were from safety.

"We need to find a way out of here," Ben said, his voice hushed but urgent. He kept a firm grip on Sage, supporting her as they moved through the twisting passages.
