Coming Out- Courtney/OFC

You and Courtney are coming out as a couple to the Smosh cast

I took a deep breath, looking at the doors of my work. I was always nervous walking in, I mean, there were days where I didn't know if I could be funny, but this was a different kind of nervous. Today was the day, Courtney was ready to come out to our friends and bosses; who were our friends. I felt a hand intertwine with mine, looking to my right and seeing Courtney. They smiled at me, the smile told me they were confident but their eyes told me they were also scared. "We got this," They nodded in agreement, but neither of us moved. We heard a throat clear, looking behind us and seeing Amanda. We didn't pull away, Courtney was always touchy so it wasn't anything new. "You guys going to head in? Or are we just looking at the door today?" I laughed nervously and rubbed my neck, stepping forward and opening the door for them. "Sorry, Manda." She shrugged with her blinding smile, going inside with Courtney following. 

I took one last breath before walking in, and the door shut quietly behind me. We knew we had to tell our bosses first, that was going to be the dependent factor. I knew if they were going to write us up or tell us we couldn't and one of us would have to leave, it would be me. I never told Courtney that, they would tell me no but I already had it written up in my bag just in case. I had more faith in our bosses, I mean it was Ian and Anthony. I watched as Courtney headed to their office, looking behind them and I quickly walked over to them. They knocked softly and we heard Ian tell us to come in, we walked in and saw Ian and Anthony at their respective desk. "Hey, you two! What's up?" We sat down, looking at each other. "We have to tell you both something," They nodded, letting us know we could. 

"Luna and I, we're a couple and we have been for a few months." I looked at Courtney, gulping softly before looking at them. They looked at each other before laughing, "Ok? Were we supposed to get mad? Throw things everywhere? Yell at you two?" We looked at each other shocked, not what we were expecting but what we were hoping for. "We didn't know how you would react, considering you're our bosses." Ian waved me off, "Listen, you wouldn't be the first to date on the cast. We just hope if anything happens you can be professional, but we won't stop you. You love who you love, we can't be the dictators of your life." We smiled at them and got up, "Thank you, really, thank you. Now to tell our other friends," They gave us a high five and we walked out, going to the cafeteria where everyone is usually getting their coffee. 

There they were like we had thought they would be. Courtney had their hand tightly in mine, they were more nervous about telling our best friends. I didn't know why, they knew we liked the same sex. We walked over and got our coffee like normal, not trying to be weird. I grabbed Courtney something to eat because I knew they hadn't had anything, and if they didn't know they wouldn't till lunch. We sat down and everyone surrounded us, sitting at the large table. Everyone was there but Olivia, who wasn't there as often as the other members. I cleared my throat and everyone looked at me, "Courtney and I wanted to tell you guys something," They just looked at me, smiling at us. "We've been dating for five months, and we just wanted to tell you guys." They smiled wider and clapped, Angela hugging my side. "I mean, I had a suspicion, but that's great you guys!" Courtney smiled and I could see them relax, I squeezed their hand softly. 

We continued chatting, talking about the first date and how we asked each other out and who. Amanda being her weird self and asking if we did it yet, wiggling her eyebrows. That caused Angela to hit her arm, and make Courtney laugh loudly. Amanda usually filtered herself on camera, but in person she was crazy. We didn't share that, but I knew the next time Courtney got drunk with her, they would spill the beans. It had been one of the reasons we didn't go drinking, they would spill everything before we were ready. I looked at Courtney one more time, seeing their eyes shine with happiness at our friends being excited for us, of course, it was something we had hoped for but you can never get too optimistic. I kissed the back of their hand, their eyes finding mine. "God they're so cute already," I rolled my eyes at Amanda, of course she was going to be our biggest shipper.
