"Uhm, dinner's ready," Juyeon murmured, her voice barely audible.

The members exchanged quick smiles, following her to the large kitchen island.

As they sat down, the steaming tteokbokki in front of them, Seungmin couldn't help but study her curiously.

"You... live here? Alone?" he asked, tilting his head slightly.

"Yeah... I wanted to stay in the dorms, but my parents and JYP—" Juyeon stopped abruptly, realizing she'd said too much.

"Wait, JYP? Are you a trainee?" Chan asked, his tone shifting to curiosity.

"Uh... possibly?" she replied in a small voice, her gaze dropping to the floor.

"But you look no older than 15!" Changbin exclaimed, leaning forward in disbelief.

"I'm 13," she admitted. "I got a scholarship to train at JYP." Her words grew quieter with each passing second, her shyness palpable.

The members blinked, clearly stunned.

"That's... so cool," Jeongin breathed, his wide eyes betraying his amazement.

Juyeon shifted awkwardly under their attention, her face growing warm.

"So," Chan began gently, "why are you living alone?"

"My parents and JYP wanted me to have my own space," she explained. "Though... I'd like to live with other people."

"You have friends to invite over, at least," Changbin said casually, flashing her a reassuring smile.

Juyeon fell silent at that, her gaze dropping. The weight of her answer hung in the air, unnoticed by most of the members—except for Seungmin, whose sharp eyes lingered on her briefly.

After a pause, Chan cleared his throat. "So, we called our manager. Long story short, he doesn't want to deal with us right now. And we can't go back to the hotel because sasaengs are probably still lurking around."

"Oh!" Juyeon said suddenly, before her brain caught up with her mouth. "You could, um... live with me in the meantime?"

The words tumbled out faster than she could process, and the moment they did, she mentally slapped herself. Stupid, stupid! Why would you say something like that?!

All the members turned to look at her, their expressions a mix of surprise and amusement.

Meanwhile, somewhere in the fourth wall, the author raised her hands in defeat. "What? Don't look at me like that. It's for the plot!" And then, as if sensing the heat of their glares, she disappeared into the shadowy depths of Chan's overwhelming charisma.

Juyeon, oblivious to this interdimensional break, hurriedly added, "I mean, t-that's if you want to?"

Chan blinked, still processing her offer. "I—of course! Thank you so much! But... are you sure you have the space?"

"I have four bedrooms in this complex," Juyeon explained, motioning vaguely. "One's mine, and you guys can split the other three however you want."

Chan formed an "O" with his mouth in understanding, nodding.

Before anyone could say anything else, Minho, mid-bite, suddenly exclaimed, "Girl, what the hell did you put in this? It's fire!"

"SH-SHE'S A BABY! NO SWEARING!" Jisung shouted dramatically, throwing his arms in the air.

Minho smirked. "Fine. Girl, what magic did you put in this? It's fire."

Juyeon giggled nervously as the other members laughed, the tension lifting ever so slightly.
