After dinner, Juyeon found herself relaxing slightly as the atmosphere lightened. Though still a bit shy, she felt herself growing closer to the members.

"Juyeon-ah, where's the bathroom—oh my gosh, you poor thing, let me help!"

Juyeon froze mid-motion as Chan appeared behind her, gently but firmly nudging her away from the sink. He rolled up his sleeves and began washing the dishes without waiting for her response.

"N-no, sunbaenim, it's fine! I can handle it," she protested, her hands fluttering nervously.

Chan turned to give her a sharp, mock-serious look.

"180 degrees for 20 minutes," he said sternly.

Damn, Juyeon thought. I really thought that was Minho's line.

She nodded obediently, retreating to the living room with a small smile.

"Uh, would you guys like to shower?" she asked the seven boys sprawled across the couch, their attention divided between the TV and their phones.

"Yes, please," Felix replied with a warm smile.

Juyeon quickly guided them to the bathrooms in the other rooms. Soon, the house grew quiet, save for the soft sound of water running from various directions.

Sighing, she flopped onto the couch, sinking into the cushions. The night had been eventful, to say the least.

Her moment of peace was short-lived as Chan appeared, his presence making her sit up straight almost instinctively.

"Where is everyone?" he asked casually, glancing around.

"Uh, they're all showering," Juyeon replied quickly.

"Ah, I see."

A brief silence settled between them, the faint hum of the TV filling the space.

"Actually," Chan began, his tone soft yet deliberate, "I wanted to talk to you."

"Me?" Juyeon asked, pointing to herself in disbelief.

He chuckled, reaching out to flick her forehead lightly.

"Who else, cutie? Anyway..." His expression turned more serious. "When Changbin said earlier that you have friends to invite over, you went quiet. Why?"

Juyeon froze, caught off guard by the question.

"Uh, it's nothing. Really, don't worry about it. I'm sorry I worried you—"

She was cut off as Chan shushed her before continuing.

"Nuh-uh," he said, shaking his head. "None of that. If you're not ready to talk about it, that's fine. But don't apologize for something that's not your fault, okay?"

His warm smile eased some of her tension, and she found herself nodding.

"Okay," she whispered, managing a small smile of her own.

Thirty minutes later...

Minho walked into one of the rooms, a towel draped over his shoulders, his damp hair sticking to his forehead. He wore a pair of comfortable shorts and a simple blue shirt.

"Hey, babe," Jisung greeted from the bed, looking up briefly from his phone.

"Hey, pretty," Minho replied, leaning down to peck Jisung on the lips before sitting beside him.

"Do you think Juyeon-ah will accept us?" Jisung asked softly, his tone thoughtful as he put his phone aside.

Minho let out a small sigh, running a hand through his hair. "I don't know. But it's better if we don't tell her right now. She's probably overwhelmed enough as it is."

Jisung nodded, leaning back against the pillows. Minho turned off the bedside lamp, crawling under the covers to pull Jisung into his arms.

"We'll figure it out," Minho murmured, pressing a gentle kiss to Jisung's temple.

With that, the room fell into silence, leaving only the soft sound of their breathing.
