After Larry Dalrymple's funeral, Moe Szyslak, the bartender in his own bar asked Lenny Leonard and Carl Carlson not to watch the crime news. Homer arrived, and Moe got angry at Homer, but stalks him minutes later.
The next day, chief Clancy Wiggum gave the paper to Homer, and Homer will not visit Moe by one hundred feet, but stalks again with 100 feet with a tape measure, and fights.
Judge Jana Pruett orders them not to fight, but increasing the restraining order to 500 feet. Homer will be at the psych ward like he did in the 3rd season, and Moe will be on the anger management class.
