The Gods of Creation and Destruction are getting better at their respective jobs. Instead of days or months, Multiverses are reaching decades in age. Relations between AUs become more complex. Different factions develop with different leaders and beliefs. Sometimes, both gods are accepted by the majority. At others, Destruction is rejected while Creation is adored if not seen as a little naive.

Fate has been playing around with color pallets to find her favorite look for the two gods. She's been naming the Creator after obscure color shades. The name 'Camel' is particularly insulting. He cringes a little every time he has to introduce himself. Camel's outfit is mostly made of shades of tan and light brown. His outfit is inspired slightly by the desert with billowing sleeves and pants with wide bottoms. A red crochet scarf, the brightest bit of color, is wrapped around his neck. The Destroyer's appearance has remained much the same for the last few resets. Fate must actually be satisfied with this one. Now bearing the name Error, the destroyer's appearance is largely similar to what the current Multiverse would recognize. There are yet no glitches hovering around his form, and his voice has still been untampered with.

Both gods are hiding out in the Creation void. Interacting with regular monsters is a lot like putting on a show with all the secrets they carry. Fate prefers it it they maintain certain personalities around others. They aren't allowed to grow or change in the presence of others. It can be exhausting. When the two gods are alone, they don't have to be anything but themselves. Camel is sprawled across the floor and laying on his stomach as he doodles. Error is sitting on beanbag nearby, absently watching an AU through a one-way portal. The comfortable silence has stretched on for hours as the two simply enjoy each other's company. Camel is the first to speak.

"Hey, Encryption?," the Creator asks quietly. When they're alone, they always use their first names; their true names.

"Yeah?" Encryption asks distractedly, watching a blue-clad Temi vibrate in excitement over seemingly nothing.

"Do you know what tomorrow is?"

Error has to stop and think for a moment. He waves a hand to dismiss the portal. So many years and Multiverse have passed that it can be difficult to remember some things. "Tomorrow is......," Error trails off, but a look of surprise crosses his face. "It's the 100th birthday of this Multiverse."

"Yeah, it is!" Genesis says, getting excited. He sits up with his legs crossed with his drawing held delicately in his hands. "We've never gotten this far before! The last Multiverse barely reached 60, but the one before that was 76."

"Do you she's noticed?" Encryption frowns.

""How couldn't she notice? We must be doing really good," Genesis's expression seems to get even brighter, "Do think that....... that this is the one?" This endless loop of beginning and ending Multiverses surely can't go on forever. Genesis and Encryption have often fantasized about what 'the one' will look like. Will it be big or small? Will it be wide or tall? What will the two of them come to look like?

Despite Encryption's more cynical nature, the idea is too good for him to keep the softer expression off his face. "Do you really think so? There's been so many."

"A hundred years has to mean something," Genesis argues. "There has to be a goal or some milestone to indicate that we've done it, and this has to be it!" Genesis's excitement shifts to hold a bit of nervousness. He scoots closer to where the other sits on the beanbag, but keeps his drawing angled away. "If this is happily ever after for us, there's something I've really wanted to do for a long time." He hesitantly lowers his drawing so the other god can see.

Encryption freezes in surprise when he sees the drawing. A tiny skeleton child stares back at him. The child is only two or three, with big, multicolored eyes. Their bones are the color of ash. The ring and pinky fingers are entirely blue on one hand while the other fingers are orange. A shifting, vine-like pattern goes across one side of their skull much like that tattoos the two gods both had in their first forms. It is very clear to Encryption that this kid is supposed to be his and Genesis'.
