Timeskip the lesson started and Ari is trying her hardest to ignore his gaze
The lesson went on, eventually she heard the teacher announce that class will end soon and it's time for a break
Taufan, gempa, Amelia and Kai all stood up from their seats, chatting and ready to go out while gathering their things, she noticed the three boys stood up
Halilintar : Let's go he said as he turned and started walking out the door as Taufan and Gempa followed behind, she could hear Taufan saying something about going to get water when suddenly Halilintar stopped infront of her.
Ari: huh? looks up at him
Halilintar looked down at Ari with his cold eyes and blank expression, while the other two just stood behind him... Gempa looked curious, Taufan looked worried, and both seemed unsure or what to do.
Halilintar stared down at you for a long moment before he finally spoke..
"You've noticed that I was staring at you during class." he said bluntly
Ari: she jumped, sweatdropped before composing. w-was i?
Gempa, Taufan, Kai and Amelia all froze as they heard Halilintar's words and looked at each in shock while the teacher sat quietly, pretending they heard nothing and were doing their own thing.
Halilintar tilted his head slightly as his eyebrow slightly twitched
HAlilintar: Don't play dumb. She felt his gaze burn more as he spoke. You knew.
Halilintar spoke, his normally cold and calm tone had a hint of something else in his voice.
Ari: um.. i guess i did? w-what about it? she asked, timidly.
Halilintar's eyes narrowed slightly as he continued staring at her with that piercing gaze, she could feel the other three looking at the two of them as she could see Gempa, Taufan and Amelia all looked over with nervous looks. Gempa and Taufan seemed to look a little afraid, while Amelia looked worried and on edge
After being silent for a while, Halilintar spoke again
Halilintar: And you didn't think to ask me what I was staring at?
Ari: d-do you want me to ask you? she asked, unsure
Halilintar looked like he was thinking for a moment before his eyes narrowed slightly more "I'd like to ask you this.." He leaned down infront of her, so that he was at her eye level, close enough that she could feel his cold breaths
Halilintar: "Did it bother you... when I stared at you?"
Ari: N-no not at all! In fact, just stare whenever you want! she panicked, tried to not anger him
Halilintar's eyes seem to widen slightly and she saw for a second, a glimpse of.. surprise? Yet it was replaced quickly by his cold, emotionless expression
Halilintar's gaze softened as he stared at her, the coldness in his eyes melted slightly as his piercing glare turned into a... Soft glance? He didn't say anything else as he just looked at Ari, his gaze was intense but now it felt a little different, almost soft and curious now..
Ari was trembling a little, not sure what to do, thinking he's angry at her for some reason.
After thinking for a moment, Halilintar suddenly lifted his hand and brought it to her face, he then placed his cold hand on her cheek. His usually cold and sharp eyes now suddenly looked more soft and... Curious?
