So should I be starting another story when I have others I should update instead? Probably not. I just had the idea for this pop in my head and then suddenly I had this chapter written. Anyway's I hope you enjoy this chapter.

Besides my OC characters, all characters and stuff belong to Konami or whoever owns Yugioh.

Edit: On June 5th I edited the chapter for the duel to go about differently, instead of him just winning with Servant.

Waking up in bed wasn't any special event for Jacob. The special event came when he opened his eyes and realized he wasn't in HIS bed. He wasn't lying on his thin pillows that had no pillow cases on them because he was too lazy to put actual covers on them, he didn't have the weighted blanket that he usually slept with, and he definitely did not have Mr. Quacks, his stuffed animal, with him either.

In conclusion, Jacob deduced that he had been kidnapped. It was a strong theory. Woke up in a bed that wasn't his and the room was nothing like his either. If he had been black out drunk maybe he could have slept at another person's house by accident, but Jacob doesn't drink so that doesn't work out either. So in Jacob's eyes kidnapping was a case with strong evidence and good logical deduction too.

Then Jacob actually paid attention to his surroundings and realized that his kidnapping theory wasn't nearly as strong as he thought.

First off, the room didn't look like a holding cell or some sort of basement a person would be held in. It looked like an average bedroom. It was an average 11ft by 12ft bedroom. Sitting up from his bed Jacob could see a door directly in front of him. On his right was a small nightstand with a half drank water bottle and an empty candy bar wrapper. To the left was a window that looked directly... into a wall. From the faint sunlight flashing on it Jacob could assume that either the sun was rising or setting. Jacob was leaning more towards setting.

"Man that is lame." Jacob thought. Although it probably would not have helped much, it still would have been nice if Jacob was able to see if he was in a large city or if he was in a small town.

Looking at the rest of his room, the walls were a pale yellow color and he had a ceiling fan that was currently whirling about keeping his room cool. There was also a door that led to what seemed to be a bathroom.

These were the first things to key Jacob in that he hadn't quite been kidnapped. The second thing were the items available to him. On his desk, besides the trash, was a phone. It was kinda like a modern iphone, but not really. It acted more like the iphones when they were first released. It wasn't as polished or clean looking as a modern iphone either. On the back of the phone was an icon for a company Jacob hadn't seen. It was a simple K and then C.

Besides the phone there was a computer on a desk next to the window. It was a laptop and seemed to look fine compared to modern laptops. It similarly had the same logo as the phone on the back of the laptop.

With all these other clues Jacob could safely confirm that he most likely hadn't been kidnapped. Unless the door was locked shut his kidnapping theory was most likely shattered. Of course, the next question to come would be what happened to him?

That, like everything else so far, was quickly answered. There sitting at the foot of his bed was a duel disk. Not one of those plastic toy ones bought for like $80 dollars at target. No, this one had a sleek look with metal parts. Either this was an elaborate prank or Jacob had been isekaid into yugioh gx. He knew it was gx because of the duel disk. It was one of those red and gray ones. It could also technically be the original series, but Jacob had a gut feeling that it was gx.
