'What do you mean she has been adopted by Voldermort? And you are saying she has gone through the blood adoption procedure?!' Albus Dumbledore was furious. Snape was their spy in the dark army, or so he thought. Snape had relayed the information the Dark Lord told him to pass on to Dumbledore.

He saw how the old man paced around his overly luxurious office in Hogwarts, mumbling profanities and incoherent words under his breath. But suddenly, he was caught off guard. 'For Merlin's sake! My position will be at stake if I don't get my hand on the girl! And furthermore, she has the real Potter's bloodline!' His words were filled with a mix of anger and desperation.

'Severus, do you know where they reside?' he asked. Refusing to answer, all Snape said was 'no'.

Dumbledore stayed silent; he was an old man. If only he was younger, he could court the girl and tie her bloodline to his family. But he could not deny that she was beautiful, with her silver hair and snow-like silk skin; her beauty was comparable to that of a goddess. She was the closest being to God. Tom Riddle had grown stronger than Dumbledore ever could, and his power and influence in the wizarding world were at risk. "I must spread more rumours about Harry Potter defeating Voldemort again; I must do something before I lose my standing," he thought.

His desparation for power led him to seek out dark magic and forbidden spells, willing to do whatever it took to maintain his dominance in the wizarding world. He knew that the path he was on was dangerous, but the allure of power was too strong for him to resist. He simply didn't care for the lives of those he would sacrifice.

But there was something the old man had begun to crave even more: the young, 15-year-old girl who had powers akin to the closest being to God. Celine Potter, the girl he had abandoned after murduring to the Potters, had gone to warn the pure blood family that night. His being a close comrade of James Potter made him worry for his ally, whom he had been close to.

Upon entering, he saw the dead bodies of James and Lily as Severus cried over the beautiful woman's dead body in agony. He knew it was the work of the Wizard, who had antagonised him and blamed heinous crimes upon the noble family of Salazar. Slytherin and Dumbledore had already wiped out the Hufflepuffs, Ravenclaws, and Gryphindors before he could get close to the Slytherins. Tom was merely a child when he discovered the deaths of his close relatives. Although he had the pure bloodline of Sytherin, it was a known fact that the four great families were bonded by blood. Tom vowed revenge on the wizard who had destroyed his family, determined to restore honour to the Slytherin name and seek justice for the innocent lives lost. With a heart full of darkness and a mind set on vengeance, he began his journey towards becoming the most feared dark wizard in history. But it would have been impossible if not for the rumours and lies spread by Dumbledore, who had managed to connect his own heinous crimes to 'Voldermort's' name.

Snape had long since found out about Dumbledore's crimes and was an inside spy for the Dark Lord. Half the wizarding world had lost its faith in the old git; they had realised that his 'light' was just a facade for his own selfish ambitions. With Snape's help, Voldemort was able to manipulate the situation to his advantage and gain more followers than ever before. The stage was set for a final showdown between good and evil, with Snape playing a crucial role in the outcome.

'Severus! I want you to manipulate the Potter girl! Send her my way,' he demanded. Albus had lost his mind long before anyone would have known about power. He did not know that the angelic creature he so desperately wanted would be his doom. 'Call Harry right this instant! I must talk to him,' he said as he made his way back to his golden seat. Severus looked at him with emptyness and simply agreed as he walked out of the chamber, making his way to the quidditch quarters, where he saw Harry picking on a Ravenclaw first year with his friends. He sighed, looking down on him with disappointment. 'How could this boy be related to Lily?' he asked him before reminding Harry, sending him Dumbledore's way. Making sure he was alone, he went to his chamber, writing a letter in secret to Lucius Malfoy about what he aspired to with Dumbledore just moments before and sending the letter through his owl.

Severus knew that his actions were risky, but he was willing to take the chance in order to achieve his ultimate goal. As he watched his owl fly off into the night, he couldn't help but feel a sense of anticipation for what was to come. More than anything, he was worried about Celine, knowing she would have to make a terrible decision between Harry—her own twin—and those she loves. He didn't want the young girl to hurt anymore; she had been through enough but knew her fate would lead her down a dark path given that Dumbledore was involved.
