Dylan dove into the search for answers. He researched old books, talked to philosophers, and pondered for hours in his room. But the emptiness persisted, like a riddle with no solution.

One afternoon, as he walked alone along the beach, he found an old man sitting on a rock. The man had deep wrinkles and wise eyes. Dylan walked over and sat beside him.

"What troubles you, young man?" the old man asked.

Dylan shared his story, his success, and his inner emptiness. The old man listened intently, then smiled.

"The answer lies within you," he said. "Not in titles or fame, but in connection with others."

Dylan frowned. "How can a connection fill this emptiness?"

The old man pointed out to the sea. "Watch the waves. Each one is unique, but they are all connected. That's life. We are not lonely islands, but part of a vast human ocean."

Dylan reflected on those words. He recalled moments of shared joy, laughter with friends, and hugs after games. Was that what was missing?

He decided to look for Gavi. The young footballer was on the field, as always, with his contagious smile. Dylan approached.

"Gavi, do you want to be my friend?" he asked.

Gavi laughed. "Sure, Dylan! But we were already friends."

Dylan felt a lump in his throat. He had been so focused on individual achievements that he had forgotten the essence of football: camaraderie, shared passion and friendship.

From then on, Dylan and Gavi became inseparable. They played together, celebrated together and shared their dreams. The emptiness began to fade.

It wasn't the Ballon d'Or that made him complete, but the connection with other hearts. Dylan learned that true success is not measured in trophies, but in the smiles you share along the way.
