Chapter 16 The world's burning

   After Regina being embarrassed during the Christmas Talent show Cady has been getting more popular and she told Aaron about Regina cheating on him with Shane. Which Gretchen kept a secret from me. That earned Gretchen a break from me for not telling that lasted 2 days until she made it up in bed...

    Me and Karen have stayed strong since day one and Regina was gaining more weight from the Kälteen bars. Regina has lost even her table and place in the plastics and was recorded by everyone in the school with her awkwardly leaving.

    I laughed at all the videos she was receiving and all the fun Janis and Damian were having celebrating the fall of the school's predator. But recently news came out that Regina and Shane broke up.

    That's where I am right now hearing about it watching videos on my bed as my parent's made love in their room which bothered me but not too much. I was laying down on my bed my legs over the other adn my hand on the back of my head while holding my phone scrolling through tik toks and youtube videos.

    I sigh and I heard a thud on my floor and I look away from my phone and I see Regina dusting herself off in my room. "Regina?..What the hell are you doing here?" Regina walks over to me and I sit up and Regina sits on my bed and whispers "I'm sorry Y/n" She has tears going down her face.

   For some reason I felt a bit of sympathy for her but after re thinking she was rude to so many people and as using them as pawns in her cruel game of controlling the whole school. Regina looked at me and said "I-I don't w-w-wanna argue a-anymore" I nod and I hug her and she says "P-please c-can we just cuddle l-like we used to" I nod and she snuggles close to me and I stroke her hair.

   Even though she hurt so many people I think she means this one. I go to sleep drifting away with Regina in my arms. I woke up to someone shaking me and it was Gretchen and Karen "H-hey guys what's going on?" Gretchen looked worried and said "Where's the burn book!?" I was confused I usually had it in my bookshelf that Gretchen stole and loved looking at it as a token of her stealing.

    I found it weird but didn't mind. I looked over at my bookshelf and there was a clear gap visible where the book used to be and it was gone I looked around and saw that Regina wasn't there either.

   "Regina has it..." Gretchen gasps and we look at each other worried as hell. I quickly get dressed and drive us all to school and we search and search around for Regina but it was a stampede of kids fighting crying laughing posting and people filled the halls it was insane. I got pushed and shoved by random people and I move past them and shove and push everyone out of my way.

    I look around and I kick kids around and I saw Regina standing in the middle of the school with the biggest smirk on her face. I look around at all the kids and back at her and I knew she did something sinister. I grab Regina's arm and tug it and yell "WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO THIS TIME REGINA!?" Regina smirks and grabs my chin and says "Getting my revenge on Cady and my girls you never mess with the big strong bully cause no matter what you always lose."

    I was pissed more pissed then ever and I striked her with a punch. Suspended for a week sounds absurd but with my punch the whole school had it recorded and the principal found out pretty soon.

   Now I was at my house clutching my pillow waiting for my girls to come back home I felt used and played with by Regina I couldn't believe that I fell into her trap. If I didn't none of this would have been happening. I sigh and scroll on my phone and my eyes went wide and I shot out of bed!
