Author note: Hola bitches! I know some of y'all wanted me to continue this for a while so here I am. I have noticed my INTENSE spelling/probably grammar errors so I do apologize for all of it. I hope that this chapter will be decently sufficient for you guys. I am sorry for leaving this for like a year or two. Alright, let's start this book of nightmares/dreams.

Your eyes flutter open softly. The sunlight peeking through the blinds of your basic room. It was a new morning, yet nothing had changed. You were the same girl. The same girl, with him... Tanjiro Kamado... The name that kept you up like an idiot. His sweet voice was what dragged you back to him. His kind gestures made you feel safe with him. He was just perfect. Now that your eyes were wide open, you looked towards the plush that was hugged against your chest. A plush of Tanjiro himself. His eyes would never compare to the ones on this doll. They were black buttons here, yet Tanjiro himself had his eyes much more beautiful. His dark red eyes, even if they were red, they were so sweet to you. And his smile... It flashed you like a million suns. The sky would never be dark again with him around...

RING!

Your thoughts were instantly cut off by the sound of the phone. You sat up and grabbed your phone. You answered the call quickly. Getting ready to expect anything this fine morning.

"Yes? This is Y/N" You spoke quickly

"Hey, girlie! it's me!" You quickly realized who it was.

"Jessie! How have you been? I miss you..." Your voice was quickly turned casual. Jessie was your bestie from your school. You haven't seen her in a while since you and she haven't been able to keep in contact.  She was always your good friend. You'd never trade her for any other girl. She was always there for you.

"Hey, girlie... I just wanted to see how you were doing. I wanted to know if I missed something..." Jessie spoke in her normal gossip voice. Jessie was always that type. She always told you her normal day-to-day drama. Well... There was a lot of stuff you had to tell her...

"So... Do you know that Pancake house we went to for your birthday last year?" You say, smiling at the memory. Tanjiro's sweet voice... Smile... And enchanting presence...

"Yeah?" Jessie responds quickly. You could tell she was excited about what you were gonna say.

"So... I went there a couple days ago... And I met someone..." You say, feeling extremely nervous about the subject. Yet, you wanted to tell her. You couldn't keep it in anymore. Your cheeks begin to grow hot, and red too.

"Oooh! Guess who finally found a boy!" Jessie exclaimed the excitement in her voice was evident. She squealed.

"Have you guys gone on dates? Have you hugged him? Kissed him? Do you have his number? Did you guys do-"

"Jess! Calm down, I can't answer your questions when you are blasting at me like a rap song!" You said, clearly overwhelmed by the amount of statements being said by Jess over here...

"Okay, sorry... Well, have y'all gone on dates?" Jessie says, trying to get her answers. 

"Well... Not really..." You gulped, realizing that reality.

"Has he hugged you or kissed you?"

"Well... I am very sure that I got a hug out of him..."

"Do you have his number?" Jessie says, even if you couldn't see her, you could tell she was smiling like a maniac. God damn...

"Yes..." You answer with a glance at your window. The sky was getting more lit the more you were on the phone. You had to end this call soon before the morning rose.

"Hey, Jess, I gotta make breakfast... Can I hang up?.." You ask, gulping down at the thought of getting rejected.

"Awww... Okay, go eat sister..." She says with a soft whine. Finally, you end the call.

Thank god... Sometimes Jessie could be a real pain... Especially for girls with drama at the back of their heads. You sighed. Thanking god for letting this one slide. You take another glance at your Tanjiro plush, you get up. Groaning at how stiff your back was. Jesus... How long was I out? You wondered as you put your slippers on and left your bedroom. Walking down the hall to find the kitchen. With quick flips of the light switches, you walk towards the fridge. Grabbing the egg carton and putting it on the counter. You quickly closed the fridge and found the pan. Putting it on the stovetop as you walked to go find the oil. You quickly begin to crack up some eggs, whisking them together as you would. Preparing a classic meal.

Before you know it, you have made yourself a really good breakfast. Better than iHop maybe? You quickly sit down. The scent of the food on your plate made your stomach churn. You pick up your phone. Finding yourself with some text messages.

Tanjiro: Good morning my darling! How are you? I wanted to ask if you wanted to go out with me. Like a date? Just the two of us of course! There is a beautiful park not too far from here and I think you'd like it.

You were left completely speechless. You almost dropped your fork completely. Your eyes widened at the idea. You and Tanjiro, at this beautiful park together. The sweet scent of greenery surrounded you two... His sweet presence... The laugh that made you smile at him... You couldn't help but sit there and fantasize. He was everything a girl would want, and you wouldn't stop admitting that to yourself. Maybe you could have a picnic together? You quickly decided to ask.

You: Do want to have a picnic maybe? I'll bring the stuff if you so want me to.

You type it out quickly. Smiling back at his message. You really could imagine it. Tanjiro was far too sweet for you to leave behind. Really.

Tanjiro: Sure! I'll bring a picnic blanket.

You smile at the text. It was like you could hear his voice straight off the page. It made you just want to be there with him already. He was so addicting to be around, and it made sense. You then looked to see how it was already getting late. Damn! You quickly put your phone down. Picking up your fork as you try and eat your food quickly. Your shift would begin in half an hour and you haven't even finished your food! As you finish, you quickly get up. Hoping to get changed into something decent for your shift. Once you do, you grab your bag and run towards the front door. Slip your shoes on with a smooth move before opening the door. Locking it like a paranoid woman. Yet, if you were honest, Jessie was so much more paranoid. 

You walk to your car. Turn it on with the click of your car keys. As you get in the driver's seat. You sigh, ready to turn on the engine. It quickly roars with life, as if it were another entire being itself. Quickly, you turn the car out of its parked position. Beginning to drive it toward the store that you work at. Your thoughts begin to run as you try and focus on the road. God... Today is gonna be wild...
