Freya froze as the words left Kumagawa's mouth. How had he figured it out?

She was very sure of this disguise of hers. After all, this is the an appearence she had taken from a long time.

The only one that knows it was her were the owner of this tavern, a former member of the Freya Familia, and another member of her Famillia who she based this look off of. No one else was supposed to know.

Freya:Dear customer, I'm afraid I don't know what you might mean?

Kumagawa:[You're really passionate about this, huh? Well, I guess everyone one of us has our little vices. Maybe I should come here more often! Ah, but it'd be great if you could be so polite in your usual form.]

He was being a bit too loud now. Did he want to start an uproar?

She looked at his growing grin. He so wanted to start an uproar.

A hand suddenly banged against the table they both were at. Looking up, they saw a large woman.

She had brown hair tied in a ponytail and brown eyes. Her name was Mia Grand.

 Her name was Mia Grand

Mia:Now, now, boy. You wouldn't happen to harass one of my girls, would you?

Kumagawa looked at Mia, his head tilted. She's strong, the closest to Ottar from any Adventurers he had seen until now.

There was something going on here. Kumagawa looked between the two, quickly figuring out the situation.

Kumagawa:[Ah, I see! Getting in through nepotism, are we? Who would have thought...So how does it feel that your former employee is now you're employer?]

Freya sighed, seeing there's no escaping from this situation. Really, this child likes to talk way too much.

Mia was a bit confused by his sudden teasing towards Freya. However, she quickly remembered Freya telling her she took a very interesting child into her Famillia recently.

So this must be said interesting child she was talking about. Mia has to say that she's relieved.

Honestly, she didn't much care for the members of her former Famillia. While she still treasured the as her former comarades, their attitudes always got on her nerves.

She wasn't like the rest of them. The only resson she joined the Freya Familia was that Freya had made her a favor long ago and Mia wanted to pay her back for it.

And she certainly wasn't in love with Freya. If anything, the goddess was like a daughter to her ever since that day Mia saw her cry for the first time.

Mia:...I see, so that's how it is!

Mia was happy to see that much like her, Kumagawa wasn't a crazy devotee to Freya. If anything, the boy seems to really like to mess with her.

Mia:Boy, by the looks of it you're from the Far East, aren't you.

Kumagawa:[Yes.]

From what Kumagawa learned the Far East seems to be this world's version of Japan. Although rather than the modern Japan he came from, the Far East sounds more like the Japan from Edo Period.
