Story 2: The Corner

This one actually happened to both me and my dad. I'm gonna tell it from my perspective, but just know that our experiences were super similar.

I was a little older now, maybe 13ish? I remember I had just switched rooms from my old room to what was once my sister's room. This new room was always so cold, and it still is. It's so much colder than the rest of the house. Anyways, this happened a few weeks after I moved into the room. It has a corner that's usually hidden by a door, but I tend to close the door when I go to sleep. This corner is very dark, like, even when I turn on every light in my room, it's still shadowed. It's real creepy. This night, I woke up at maybe 5:30-6ish for whatever reason. I remember seeing a white figure with no hair staring away from me into the corner. It never moved. It just stood there creepily. I blinked to make sure I wasn't stupid, but it still was there. I looked away to find my phone to check the time to see if my brain was being weird. Once I looked back, it was gone. My door was somehow open, the figure's hand running along the doorframe. I legitimately considered hiding under the blanket. The odd part is that, my door stood open. This wasn't a dream. My mom walked in and asked me if I opened it, and I answered no. She shrugged it off, thinking it was just some joke I usually would pull. A few weeks after that, my dad had the same experience. It was weird looking back.
