Tom's POV

I suddenly found myself in a room with my ex-girlfriend and her ex-boyfriend, along with her ex-boyfriend's family. This reminds me of the soap operas my mom forced me to watch. What was the name of it? Oh yeah, "General Hospital" and "The Young and the Restless." Not fun to watch, especially since you don't know where one starts and the other one ends. In the words of Penhall, "It's a small world after all." I didn't think that this would happen at a time when I haven't slept for what feels like 36 hours.

"Josh and Rebecca," Josh said as he pointed at himself and Becca, causing her to facepalm. "What? We were being left out of the equation!"

How can Becca's rocker brother have that much energy in the morning? No, even two cups of coffee gives me that much energy.

Both Solomon and Jackie looked at them through narrow eyes as I tried to assess the situation.

Penhall just burst out laughing as if Josh had said the funniest thing in the world, while Harry and Judy groaned. Frankly, I was too shocked to say anything and, for some reason, Booker seemed like he idolized Josh. Very strange for someone who is supposedly antisemitic, then again, maybe it's because he is similar to David Lee Roth more in looks and personality he does Jon Bon Jovi, now that I think about it he does look exactly like David Lee Roth.

"Then leave us out of it," She whispered loudly as I snuck up next to them.

"Woah, police training has made your arms into steel."

"The better to keep you from putting your foot in your mouth, dear brother," she said quietly as she pulled him away from Jackie and Solomon.

"I wish we would have ordered some pizza, then we would have had dinner and a show!" Josh stated rather loudly as we tried shushing him.

"Josh!" Solomon, Jackie, and I shouted trying to keep the situation close at hand as we heard snickers coming from Judy and Booker.

"What, I want details!" Josh tried to defend himself.

"I like this guy," Penhall said as he rubbed his hands together.

"That's because he is combined chaos," Becca said.

"Are you sure you guys are related?" Booker asked.

"Positive," Rebecca and Solomon deadpanned at the same time.

It's strange how siblings can be related and be so different. Are siblings always like this?

"Am I the only one that is confused about how Jackie, Becca, Josh, and the Rabbi know each other?" Harry asked.

"Jackie is my brother's ex-girlfriend, I thought I was gonna be the best man at their wedding."

"Josh!!!"
