At Master Control Zone Caelus chats with Arlan where they talk about the station's security system which is increasingly weakening and is no longer able to protect all the people here. However, Arlan has some kind of idea to improve the security system together with Sento later.

Caelus: "Wow, you are truly determined to protect people."
Arlan: "That's because I have a lot of faith in Lady Asta. And, Sento believes so strongly in the name of love and peace that I am even more passionate about protecting these people from the crimes committed by the Legion. I really appreciate both of them as colleagues... no, but as friends."

Arlan told several details about Project Revival, where this project requires the help of quite a lot of important parties. He also listed Sento as one of the most influential people in the project. Arlan added that Project Revival was difficult to implement even though many parties worked together.
